Hey guys.As title says, I have 501 images in review, a small chunk of them have been in there for 5+ months. I have read every article and contributor concern regarding this topic on this forum but I am posting this as I would like deeper insights into my own account. Last month I received the "Account Validation" ban. Seems like along with me there were many other accounts that had submitted AI images that got that ban during the same time. I reached out to suport, did not receive any particular answer apart from that I have infringed IP rights and that my account shall remain blocked till further notice. Any replies to that support executive resulted in no response (I was genuinely curious to know which pictures I uploaded infringed IP rights as I wanted to avoid doing that in the future with any set of images).I moved on to other platforms and unchecked Adobe Stock from my FTP service and figured that there wasn't any way to get anyone to see my case. Then after a few weeks, I
Hello, these images were flagged/rejected for quality issues and I was wondering if someone could be a little bit more specific so that next time I can get better images. Thanks!
Hello community. My account was blocked for 3 weeks, and now I'm experiencing a significant drop in sales, approximately 3 times lower compared to the sales level before the suspension. How long does it usually take for sales to recover? Is there a way to expedite this process? Has anyone had this experience already?
Hi, I am getting an INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY REFUSAL rejection on these files. Please anyone can tell me where is the issue?
hi,they are the main subject, yes. Identifiable features? Not sure.I have already made some cents with the first picture but I don`t wanna get in trouble.Take them down without a property release? Thanks
my adobe stock payment showing error. please help me .how can i get paid? or the payment will be refunded. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Attached below is an image that was (correctly) rejected for being too low-resolution and the odd halo around the human subject. I noticed that even rejected images have an Adobe stock # imposed on the image; why is that?
I have checked my files and found that they do not violate the policies. Can anyone help me check where these designs are going wrong? Thank you everyone.
I received an e-mail that my account was blocked even though all my drawings are my own. Even after two months, the e-mails I sent have still not been answered. Can you help me? [moderator cured topics, do not select all available topics but only relevant ones.]
Hi everyone, I would like to share two updates regarding the submission of generative AI images to Adobe Stock. We have updated the contributor portal and added an additional checkbox that eliminates the need for you to attach a property release for generative AI images featuring people or property that are fictional. In addition, you can now submit photo-realistic generative AI images as asset type photos, i.e., content that looks as though it could have been created by a camera, as long as you check the box that it was created with generative AI tools. All other generative AI content should continue to be submitted as asset type illustrations. You can read the details on all the updates in our learn and support page here:https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/generative-ai-content.htmlLet me know if you have any questions. -Mat Hayward
Hello. How long will you check the material I uploaded on the stock. 2 months have passed already
I have been a happy contributor to Adobe Stock for close to a year now. (I produce vector illustrations with Adobe Illustrator, all of my work is created manually by me.) 5 days ago, I received an email informing me that my Adobe Stock account has been blocked. No reason given. I responded to the email asking for help in understanding the reason behind the account being blocked. So far, no response. This is confusing and it makes me feel frustrated and powerless 😞 (moderator cured the topics. Please do select only relevant ones)
[Moderator deleted PayPal screenshot. Please do not share private information on this public forum. Moderator also reduced topics to "Troubleshooting". ]
Dear Adobe Team,I'm facing a validity issue with my Adobe Stock account. I've not violated any policies. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received a response. Please guide me on resolving this promptly.Thank you.
Hello, I need to update my payment information to receive payouts on Adobe Stock as a contributor. I have tried several times to resolve the issue of changing my payment details for withdrawals. I can see that the Adobe Stock Help Center deliberately ignores the concerns of authors!I am desperate and don't know where else to turn!
Hi, I'm new to contributors and a beginner photographer trying to figure out how to do things right. I aim to a commercially effective work process instead of shooting and uploading material by trial and error. I have several questions about it.1. What are the tools or the recommended way to check if there is a requirement for a certain photography subject?2. How do you know if the topic has already been flooded with countless photos?3. Is there a certain rule of thumb or logic in finding a topic or niche with high demand and low competitiveness?4. Is it even worth starting with uploading photos in 2023 (because of the AI and the competition) or is it better to start with video?I have no intention or expectations of making a living from stock sites, just want to avoid frustration from uploading hundreds of photos that no one will view or buy.I have several dozen photos of beauties (an example is attached) and a few nature/ landscape.shooting with Sony A7C + prime lenses. than
Hello: I am revisiting this topic. I have submitted many vector images and have many approved. In the last months, however, I've had repeated problems. I change formats (SVG, EPS, ai), pixel size of images (doesn't affect vector but influences preview) and whatever else I can think of. Often after I try a new variation it will sail past security to fly free. Then I submit more in the same settings and they are sent to detention. I have written to the forum before and received some responses that don't address key issues. Here are the points mentioned in generic rejection:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.NopeYour JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.No compression usedYour JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)I don't make the preview, Illustrator or Affinity Designer makes them. I don't see a previe
Hi all Hope you are all doing great! A little long post but worth the read. Over the past few weeks I have started uploading to the adobe stock and I have learned a couple of things that I want to share with Everyone & contribute to the community. I have started uploading 2 months ago, 40 approved, 1 rejected, and have already Got my first sale few days ago! (Congratulate me :D) These tips can help you get more images approved and help improve your skills in general (although I’m in no way an expert in stock photography websites..but i have been using photoshop since 2016, and have worked as photo editor, graphic designer on Ecommerce websites, and did few other stuff) Note: Some of the following tips are for beginners & those starting out but some tips will also help professionals So: First, A general overlooked note: If you are starting out. Do Read the guidelines of submission (sounds cliché I know, but some people just don’t do it and start uploading after the
yesterday [23 September, 2023] When I go to login to my Adobe Stock Contributor account I face this problem" Your account has a validation status issue" Even, though Adobe did not mention any reason to me in an email. They blocked my account. [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello All, I am not sure if this is normal or not, or if even I am allowed to post this. I am quite excited to see my first few contributions being accepted into the Adobe Stock portfolio. It was an extremely long waiting period of nearly 5 weeks.😅 Does anyone else relate to this feeling of accomplishment? (He said having only 4 photos accepted so far 😂) Please find my photos here for reference: - [URL removed by moderator as per Adobe Support Community Guidelines.] I am really impressed with how the whole system blends in with the Adobe "Portflio" web platform as well. Many more to come. Finally, I want to thank you all for your support. Lovely to find a community that is responsive and helpful. Best Wishes Ank Raj - Living ViPER
Hello all, hope you are doing greatthere have been a problem with the uploading process that i would like to report. it has been happening for few days. the Files doesn't seem to Submit, even though the message says (your files were succefully submitted) and i have everything written (tags, title..etc) so it's ready with the little green dot ( i have attached a screenshot) However, it still doesn't submit the file, the file just sits there and doesn't go to the" in review" tab, it has been a very annoying issue. i have tried many things (removing the file then reuploading it again, using different browser and even using a differernt PC to submit the file) so i think it's a technical Issue with the plateform uploader.could anyone help me with this and check the account ?thanks in advancec
I made a withdrawal on 13.09.23 via Skrill. But Adobe says it's an error. Now my question is will Adobe refund my money to the account
I'm facing an issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account, and I hope someone can help me resolve it. I'm based in Sri Lanka, and my account currency is set to USD. However, I have noticed that the Payoneer payment option is not available in my account, even though it should be a supported payout method. I've read through the documentation and guidelines provided by Adobe, and Payoneer is listed as a valid payment option for contributors in my region and using USD as the account currency. I have successfully used Payoneer for other online platforms, so I'm familiar with the process. However, I can't seem to find this option within my Adobe Stock Contributor account. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem or could provide some guidance on how to resolve this issue? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or insights you can provide. Thank you in advance for your help!
Hello,When I took these, I had not yet searched whether this mixer was copyrighted, which was a big mistake. Of course it is! When I crop most of it out (it's not the point of the shot), is it usable? It certainly changed the message I was trying to send and made this a closeup, which I don't think Adobe really gets excited about. =(I don't wanna waste my time, obviously. Thanks for your expert opinions.
