Stock Contributors

I submitted a payout request for $47.00. However, my account was blocked 6 days later without any explanation. I have been a contributor to Adobe Stock and I have never had any problems with my account before. I have always submitted high-quality content and I have never violated the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement. I am not sure why my account was blocked, but I would like to know why so that I can avoid making the same mistake in the future. I have a few pictures I've taken with my camera and eddited before it was submitted, however it was rejected and the promp said it could be because AI generated content. I have the original photo to prove otherwise. Is there something I am not understanding with the AI generitive guidlines?

[Topic edited by moderator for clarity.]   I have money that I want to payout via paypal, and I wrote my PayPal email incorrectly( old email dont work).Currently, the payment is pending, how can I change the PayPal email before payout process done.

If I'm not using someone else's artwork as a base – i.e., making a painting based on a specific photograph or other image – can I paint or draw pictures of historical or other culturally important figures and sell them via Adobe stock? For example, portraits of Huey Newton (modern era but dead) or Nina Simone (same); Franz Liszt or Beethoven (historical), or recent presidents or contemporary/living political figures? Does the 70 year rule apply to the visage/portrait of a person – that is, does their estate own the general look/feel of their face, even if it's original artwork on my part?

Hello, I recently had a few images rejected as being Non Compliant with a list of possible reasons.  I'm still rather new to this so I'm not sure what the non compliance is.  If anyone would be willing to take a look and educate me, I'd greatly appreciate it.  (And if the non compliance is that my pictures aren't any good, that's fine, your honesty will be appreciated.)

When accessing my account today I received this message: Your account has a status validation issue. My account was blocked without any explanation.Eight days ago I requested payment of $237 and today they mysteriously blocked my account. I still have $316 available to request payment.Is there a solution?

Hi guys! I would like to know if there is any possibility to reach out to Adobe since I don't know how I can solve my problem. Hundreds of files are being denied and can be found in the tab reminder, all with the same reason which says language of keywords or title. The strange thing is that for example some footage is exactly the same but some are accepted and some are being denied, just randomly. It doesn't seem like there is any logic in it, just a chance of luck. I don't use that many keywords anymore and watch carefully which I take for it. Thanks for the help.

Lately there seems to be alot of contributor accounts that have been blocked.  We are not Adobe employees and have no way of knowing if this is an increase or not.  We have no way of knowing if the blocking was justified or not.  There are at least 400 post from community members asking what they should do when there account is suspended.    According to the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement ,§9.1, Adobe has the right to suspend your account without notification. If no justification was found, your account will be reactivated and your earnings will be made available. If justification was found, Adobe will notify you before terminating your account. There is no obligation to payout pending earnings if this is the case.  Adobe does however, notify you when your account is suspended. At the time you try to access your dashboard. Why are people uploading so much AI junk?  Has anyone noticed the amount of garbage people are uploading?  Three-legged animals, deformed faces, deformed bodies.   For what $.35 cents? How can you not be embarrassed to put your name on this stuff?  UGH UGH UGH .   IT IS ONLY CLUTTERING UP THE SYSTEM.  If using AI why not use a software app like GIMP to clean it up before uploading.  What happened to quality product?????   Why do they think people will buy this stuff?  

So, ok, no names of artists in prompts, but what happens with images submitted like 2 months ago, still being in review, containing names? should they be deleted also, not to be reviewed? My other question is, if names like Salvador Dali, Boticelli, da Vinci allowed, since they are not under copyright and considered to be public domain?

Hi,   I have over 140 image that have been approved .  But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I cannot find any of my images.  Is there something I have done?   Why can't I find them?  Is there a way to talk to a person about this problem?  I can't find a support phone number. What happens to uploaded files for review after a an account is blocked and then reinstated. My uploads for review now appear to be in limbo. Should I delete those in the que and then resubmit? I'm  watching files now that have been in review for well over two months. My ban lasted for less than 10 days, so something doesn't seem right at this point. Would like to make certain the ball stays rolling. No replies from support as of yet.
