Stock Contributors

Hi, I am confused, I have videos, photos and illustrations in my portfolio, but for some reason I can't find the option to filter earning by one of these categories. I'm sure it is very simple but perhaps I'm just unfamiliar with the interface, please guide me how to do this simple task 🙏

I was noticed that my contributor account had the validation status issue. I emailed for the detail and was informed that there were some unusual purchases in my account and I had to wait for the checking. I have been waiting for 5 days but there is no update. Does anyone get the same issue as mine? Please share to me how should I do to resolve the issue? Many thanks!

Hello friends, I have a form with three dropbox and five textboxeswhat I need to happen is, 1. when document is loaded, only first dropbox should be enable others not, and after selecting value from first dropbox next should be enable and similar for third one. 2.on selecting value in first dropbox it should be on the textbox, "lbl2" and when i select next dropbox it should be added with first one and shown on textbox "lbl1" and same for the third dropbox (in the shape of percentage with symbol(%), formalu for percentage is ((cmb1+cmb2+cmb3) x 100) / 3 3. The values of textbox "txt1", "txt2","txt3" should be added on textbox "lbl1" in the shape of percentage with symbol(%) (formula of percentage is ((txt1+txt2+txt3) x 100)/ 3 Thanks in advance, for great help

I submitted my files a long time ago, but they have not been reviewed yet.   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]  

All of my last 40 photos were rejected for quality reasons.Although on other photo stocks all were accepted.

Hello, I've had a lot, a lot, of trouble recentley getting vectors accepted. I have 262 vectors currently so I'm not a novice, but I don't really understand the generic reasons for rejection, and forum comments are not very helpful and sometimes just wrong. I've increased the pixels to 3000 in the shortest dimension, tried saving as SVG and EPS, some get accepted and others not and I still don't know why. One sample enclosed.  I think one way to be accepted is to use Adobe Illustrator. I switched to Affinity because subscription costs are too high. Thanks, Richard Miller

The attached images are AI generated and upscaled to 300dpi as a jpg. It was rejected for quality issues. I'd like to learn how to improve my images and/or choose better ones to submit. I appreciate your feedback.

Mais que se passe til chez Adobe ???Toutes mes photos en soumission sont en attente depuis des semaines !Afin de ne pas submerger la modération, je les envoyais par paquet de 10. Mais rien ne bouge.Depuis des semaines les photos sont examinées au compte-goutte,  2 par semaine ! Et en plus ils se permettent encore d'en refuser  pour pb de qualité inexistant !J'ai des centaines de photos d'activité d'été à faire publier car mes clients les attendent  !Du coup j'ai du réactiver mon compte Shutterstock qui lui les traitent en 12 heures.Quelle honte tout de même de traiter ainsi les contributeurs !Alors qu'est ce qui se passe ?

I havent found AI option when i upload video.But I create video use the ai image i created before.Is it a problem?

This is a new document that pops up when I unload illustrative editorial content. Does this mean that AS does not accept content with logos, trademarks, etc. I just got a box with a logo and trademark on it..?! But now I don't dare to upload images with logos anymore.

Hi there,I had made a few seamless grunge textures wit Substance Designer and decided to upload them, but they were rejected and for possible reasons are listed:- Non compliant use of another artist’s name.- Undeclared Generative AI Content.- Content not compliant with overall guidelines.I think Substance Designer shouldn't be considered as AI generated - am I wrong? And one additional question/suggestion - sometimes when I upload images I forget to change the default 'Photos' category to Illustration and unfortunatelly I can not change it after submission. It will be great if there is an option to change the default category (as mostly all of my submissions are Illustrations) or if there is an option to change the cattegory after submission without the need to delete and reupload with all the hassle + resetting the queue.  Here is a croped part from one of the rejected textures: 

Hello friends, why is the service and treatment of the Adobe team regarding Adobe Stock so negligent and so different from the rest of Adobe products?   [moderator changed the subject to get it understandable]

I was trying upload my photos to Adobe Stock as a contributor. However, before submission web portal is asking me to provide valid Government ID for verification. Why do they need ID for verification? Providing ID during payout sounds more reasonable. Is it safe to upload such sensitive content ? I read terms and conditions but nowhere is clear why do they need ID during content submission.

Do images that I have used Topaz DeNoise to "clean up" have to be labeled Generative Al content? I shoot nature/abandoned buildings and not always in ideal conditions which leads to high ISOs. 

I have not used any AI tool, And I don't use copied and pasted the keyword or description of any artist. This image has been created by separating all the wooden strips, which cannot be similar in Adobe. Rest all the photos are of this type and all of them have been rejected. Image size is 30x60x300 dpi. Can someone at Adobe tell me if that is the actual issue here? Comments and critiques of the image welcome.

My account has been removed from over 12000 videos with no explanation, all I get from support is that they are looking into what the problem is and no explanation

I just read about AI generated images and I came up with a tricky question. I discovered that the product of generative AI images cannot be copyrighted. Does this mean that people are really free to steal and use AI generated images from AS and elsewhere? 

Hello everyone. I just read the new adobe stock update about AI content. Its telling us that our image should not be similar with any other contributor in any instent. Every time I want to get unique image from AI to upload here. But there much more data which already uploaded here, I just notice that altough my image is unique and my prompts are different but still some images are little bit similar to already uploaded data. Please Note its not identical but little bit simlar or having smilar concept like some events like halloween. Does it effect to my account.

Hey guys! I sent these photos two weeks ago and today I saw that they were rejected due to quality issues. Can you help me to identify the problem?PS: I'm a beginner here.

Since ai generated images floods the micro stock markwt the moderators has been doing a terrible job, probably due to enourmous amount of stuff and hard to actually see quickly if the submissions are ai or not.   Ive submitted a few ai images but quickly stopped doing it because it loweres the overall portfolio. Anyways so now ive had a bunch of pure well made vector files rejected after that even tho they are perfectly fine because ive been doing this for years. Now im afraid theres some kinda warning filter on my account or something because its unusual for my stuff to be rejected. I had about 10 images in total rejected over 10 years. Now i have had 15 more this year and only 5 of them were ai made crap
