Hi,I have over 200 image that have been approved and have sold 2 images.  But when I log in as a buyer and search for them I can not find any of my images.  Is there something I have done?   Why can't I find them?  Is there a wway to talk to a person about this problem?  I can't find a support phone number.

I've a problem uploading a PSD template on Adobe Stock, no matter what I do the ZIP file still gets the same error "it is not a valid file type." [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

I have added some images I have created of a Pokemon and some of a batman mask that I got rejected. But when I search for pokemons I get 1887 results and a search for batman gives 5800 results. How can other people sell there images when I get rejected ?

Hi,My last 3 submissions (75 photos over last 3 weeks) have suffered from 100% rejection due to quality issues. However the quality is no different from the 7000 or so images I have on Adobe stock and I have never suffered from 100% rejection before over last 4 years. Ever since the review time extended from about a 1 week to around 4 weeks this seemed to have occured for myself. Anyone else suffered from this? This is 75 images boith myself and Adobe could be benefiting from and there doesnt seem to be any way to contest it directly to Adobe (usually i wouldnt be bothered and just move on if on if a few but not 100%). Hey there! I wanted to share my feedback about the reviewing process on Adobe. Lately, it seems like submissions are taking a lot longer to be reviewed since they started accepting Generative AI Content. I'm a bit confused as to why they would opt for AI-created content, as it's causing a backlog in the reviewing system and negatively impacting creators who are uploading their original work. It's definitely not an ideal situation.

Your feedback can help me when I respond to contributors seeking help.   1. Has your account, or a previous account been suspended? 2. Did you respond to contributor-support immediately?     If so, did you get anytype of return response? How long after responding?     How many times did you contact contributor support? 3. Did you offer an apology for your mistake or give evidence that you are not responsible for the violation? 4. Did you receive information after the presummed review? 5. Was your account ever reactivated?      If so, how long did it take? If you like please feel free to give the reason for the suspenssion.   If you prefer, you can send me a private message.

Hi everybody The photo was rejected by Adobe Stock due to quality issues. The photo was taken at night. I would like to understand what exactly is the problem with the quality. Unfortunately I had to resize and slightly reduce quality to be able to upload the photo. Thank you for any help.

HelloIn Nov 7 2022 i sent to Adobe support that i see a sudden high sales rate in my dashboard, and if you provide intellectual property or some protection to your contributors, i received a reply on the same day saying "Thank you for reporting this issue. Our financial team will check suspicious sales."The next day i recieved "Since your account has appeared in the context of highly irregular sales activities, the account will remain blocked until further notice." after the first contact from account then nothing more.My last questions regarding this issue now, could my case be forgotten? and how to know if it is? do they send a final decision or something via email, has anyone experienced the same issue and what happened!Thanks.Update 02/20/2024: My account remains deactivated with no solid proof provided that I violated any terms. It appears that Adobe is unable to distinguish between fake and authentic sales, lacking a rule or method to handle irregular content portfolio

I tried many times but I'm not able to reach my dashboard. I'm a contributor at adobe stock and i've 216 files. My account showing account validation issue since 20 days. please help me to get my account back. can i get my account back? please response.  

I follow all guidelines for ai images but now I purchased a service where I can upload to multiple stock sites at the same time. I wonder if anyone have experience with this and if the check box for ai generated images will be auto clicked so i dont run into trouble.
