Hello, I've only posted one picture thus far and unfortunately, it was not approved. Could you possibly provide some insights into why it may have been rejected? Thank you very much.
Hello! I work as a graphic designer for about 8 years. Recently I decided to upload all of my works to Adobe Stock, and shortly after I got banned... I discovered several other authors (at least) pirated and uploaded my works to Adobe Stock, and when I started doing the same I got a notification that my account was blocked because of copyright issues. And I can't connect to the contributor support, I've tried doing it a few times and got no response. Please help.
I started my contributor account March 2023 Upload assests like png , 3d render I made my first payout and waited it for 10 days after that my account blocked and there is message that "Your account has a validation status issue" I send to support there is any chance to re-open account . and if I make another one how can this not happen again I search and found this problem made various time for others who owned 100% assests
Hi, I'd like some feedback on these images and would like to try and find out why they were rejected
me rechazan estas dos fotos adjuntas, cuando en otras paginas las tengo publicadas y son mis mas vendidas.Gracias!
I have some illustrations that have been in review for over 4 months. There are completely original, hand illustrated pieces, that have zero AI or recogniseable aspects. In fact, they're similar to ones quickly approved, listed and in my dashboard. So how can I get someone to reappraise my 'inreview' box?Any help is much appreciated.
Curious on review times for non-ai images. My graphic resources have been in review for over two weeks. Thanks.
Hi, I have only submitted one image so far and it has been rejected. Can you please give your opinion on the reason for rejection? I had to significantly reduce resolution ot be able to post it in this forum. Thanks a lot.

I had to do a fresh install of MacOS. During the installation, all data from the internet browser (passwords, cache, data...) was deleted. Now when I want to log into my Fotolia / Adobe Stock contributor account, I got this message: The selected account is already in use. I regularly receive emails that my content has been purchased on AdobeStock. Can you help me to solve this issue? Thank you!Best regards,Bojan
Hello everyone, I've been making and selling AI pictures for the past month. Everything was going fine until I started working with "portrait" type of content. I struggle to understand why some of my pictures are rejected because of property release. I think I followed the guidelines, filled up the form as requested, but still, no way to get those pictures past the PR process. I did not use any model as reference, no trademark nor brand is involved, no name of famous people... So this picture should fall into the property release form and not the model release one. I got some content that was accepted with the property release who look fairly similar, only with a different theme. I'm at loss here. Any idea? Thanks [Moderator deleted private information. An AI image that was accepted a month or two ago suddenly appeard in my "rejection pile" for quality issues. Yet the image still remains downloadable and searchable on Adobe Stock. I see no issue with it quality-wise. Since I upload to Adobe Stock from within Lightroom, it won't let me upload it again unless I rename the file, which I don't recall doing. Is this just a bug or should I be concerned?
Hi, I am a regular contributor to adobe stock. One question I have is can I upload my vector content to adobe stock with my personal logo added?
I have posted photos for sale and only one has been approved while the others are still waiting. Some have been waiting for 8 days. Is this an acceptable waiting time for approval or is there a problem?
Hey, allI have one question after looking at the sales leaders of the week. How come there are two accounts with the same images in the top?https://stock.adobe.com/ua/stock-photo/id/616478988https://stock.adobe.com/ua/stock-photo/id/616452125https://stock.adobe.com/ua/stock-photo/id/616184323https://stock.adobe.com/ua/stock-photo/id/616477708https://stock.adobe.com/ua/images/highly-resulation-presentation-background-with-stairs-and-balls/616016846https://stock.adobe.com/ua/images/highly-resulation-presentation-background-with-stairs-and-balls/616018141I don't see the point in writing to support, as I've been waiting for a reply for over a month)Maybe someone here knows the answer)
I'm having trouble understanding what's happening. They've been rejected some of my photos due to unspecified quality issues, leaving me uncertain about the exact problems. It appears that the criteria for determining quality are subjective and lack clear definition. Could the rejections be a result of an abundance of similar subject matter already present on Stock? Or, it is because my photos are moody, and they don't like moody photos? These are photos, not AI generated images. To facilitate a discussion and gain insights, I have attached a few of these rejected photos for my colleagues to review. I'm hopeful that your expertise and perspectives can help shed light on this matter.
I try a python script to automate some things It starts like this [REMOVED BY MODERATOR] Not to reveal the password, I replaced it with *. I use the same login to login with the browser and it works. However the login fails in the python script. The HTTP Code is 403. How can I fix this? [[Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]]
AI GENERATED IMAGE Some of my images already accepted but some batch has been rejected, all have property release and all information was added corectly including "fictional person created with generative AI software" some are accepted and some are not. i think it is not the release or image is the problem but the mods that is analysing the image or maybe im wrong?.
I work as a stock photographer and have a substantial collection of over 5000 images and illustrations on multiple stock sites. I recently became a member of Adobe Stock and encountered a problem with the image submission process. It seems that I can only submit 51 images at a time, whereas I read on a forum that Adobe stock platforms allow the submission of up to 500 images for review. I'm wondering if there is something I'm doing wrong or if there might be a technical issue causing this limitation. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Hi, someone can help me with this?I dont understand why adobe rejected me this illustrationThanks!
here is a "dilemma" I have been "torn" about for some time now and wondering if others have similar questions to themselves: I have many old photos - going back say about 7-8 years - that I took with a decent (back then) "pocket camera" and depicting good subject matters, but naturally they can't stand up to todays photo technology! but these photos sell quite well at other sites! (they are fine in terms of digital size (8-10-12 Megapixel), is it worth to gamble acceptance (especially considering the recent very stiff "standards") or forget them and be happy that they sell elsewhere (for pennies though)? My angle that keeps me from "gambling" with such submits here is that I don't want to risk the 51% required acceptance rate required by Adobe for handing out the free annual Photoshop subscription! i.e.: I can produce a perfect (near perfect) technical quality, but the substance may not be there (so what's the point of submitting)? I can't possible recreate or duplicate those old photo
tengo baris fotos rechazadas t entodas se me dice lo mismo,no cumplimiento de estandares, flou, posible ruido y demas, podria ser mas especificogracias
I'm new to stock photography, so this may be "user error," but I was confused with a rejection of one of my images (below) on the grounds of an Intellectual Property violation. There is no recognizable feature that I can imagine that warrants this specific type of rejection. Any ideas? Is the canoe the problem (there is no brand name visible that I can see)? Thanks,Jon
