Stock Contributors

Just woke up today to a message on my contributor profile saying there is a problem of validation on my account and I need to contact the support, pretty weird

I have requested for payment on the 26th of June and it's 11th day today. It still is pending. Can anyone please help me with this. Thank you in advance.

I recently uploaded my AI geneerated image of a front room that is sunlit with some plants . I cant seem to understand why my quality would be flagged . But i also understand there may be factors im not seeing . Maybe its just to grainy if you zoom in .....?  Can anyone offer some insight ? 

Hey everyone, I am a photographer just starting out and currently in the process of building my photography portfolio website. I don't know if this has been a topic here before (a quick search revealed no past threads) – my main question is: Is adding photos to a photography portfolio considered commercial use of a photograph?  The reason I'm asking is that I am planning on doing some urban lifestyle photoshoots with a model to include in my portfolio (I am based in the US). The photos will be taken from the street so from public domain. I will have the necessary model release, but I am wondering if I need to obtain any property releases for buildings that will most likely appear in the background? Again, the sole use for these images will be to include them in my portfolio to showcase my work, I am not planning on selling the photos in any way. Now I don’t know if I overthink all of this, but I’m trying to know the legalities to make sure I don't break any rules.&n

I have not received the payment requested for the sale of my photos and it has been more than 10 business days, is there an adobe contact email for them to answer me?

I'm having trouble getting new vector images approved. The reasons for rejection don't address the problems specifically. Iincreased the size and resolution and resubmitted but got rejected again. I think it may be the Jpeg preview. Should I not include preview when submitting? What is wrong with this image, for example.Thanks

Greetings!   I uploaded my photos to adobe stock all supported with signed model releases with the official Adobe model release form and my photos are not going anywhere for almost a week? Is there something wrong? Why am I not being notified if something is missing? I am a happy adobe customer/user and thought this would be the most professional way to sell photos online, but other agencies are much faster and they provide a reason or at least a response when something is not OK. Hello everyone,I am waiting for Adobe to answer my complaints regarding the "alleged" theft of part of my videos in Adobe Stock.I don't understand, as several of my videos have ended up in another Adobe account, certainly until they answer me I have all the indignation inside.Has this happened to anyone else? These 2 AI images were rejected. I understand they have a high DOF. But they were left unfiltered, the hands are anatomically correct so please give me your honest opinions as to why they were rejected. I waited about 6 weeks for this rejection.Thanks for you help,O   

I have a vector icon set that's been rejected twice for "Intellectual Property Refusal". At first, I thought the circles on the credit card icon might look a little too much like the Mastercard logo. I edited them, but the file was rejected again at the end of last month.  This is made more frustrating since Adobe has been taking considerably longer to review submissions. So, before I edit that icon a third time, I want to make sure I'm not missing something. Is it another icon that's the issue, like the QR code? I can also list most of the keywords I've been using, too, although I don't know why that would be the problem.

Hi! I would like to know how long my art works can be under review? I've uploaded couple of png and svg files 15 days ago. And these are still in review. Hello experinced members,When I process, am I supposed to leave naturtal flaws or make the image "flawless" and "pristine". I'm talking about things like scratched paint on an object or a scar of some kind on a living thing. Thanks again!

Hi All, I hope I am doing this right. Have not started a thread before. And if Adobe feels my subject here is inappropriate, please feel free to remove it. so here it goes: I am wondering if Adobe is considering the so called Data Licensing. One other big competitor site has started doing it a week ago. Is it good? Is it beneficial to the contributor? I am not too sure or clear on the details. Sounds O.K. on the surface, but...! Any thought on this? Anyone? In general I don't like AI and I would be the last person to help it getting smarter by using my data : ). Tx for any comments and input.

I got this account validation issue in my account when i tried to login. I contacted adobe support through "Contact Us" but still ididnt recieve any email from them. hello, sorry for butting in here in Helen's post, but I didn't want to strt a new thread. lately I get waaaay too many rejections. and I have no clue why. they simply say "quality". which is sortf like "I don't like your photo" to me. these are pics that get easily accepted by 4 other stock agencies (SS, Alamy, iStock and Dreamstime). and I am not exactly new to posting. have over 15000 pics all over the agaencies. any insight? is it some trigger happy AI doing this? any feedback is appreciated.    (moderator detached from hijacked thread)

I submitted image of a dog and was rejected because of a previous image of clouds I had submitted for being too similar. How can a dog and clouds be similar?
