Hi community, I submitted my first batch of photos, and all were rejected based on Quality. I can understand some of them, but a few seem OK to me, so I would like to better understand the issue. Thanks for the feedback! Casey
Greetings! Dear experts, please, can you understand why 1 photo of these 2 was accepted and the second was not accepted. I really can not understand how it works on Adobe Stock. Thank you. What photo was declined can you guess?
Hi, I have a Nikon D850. I edit them in capture one pro and then put the 100% size JPG in Lightroom and in Stocks I pick up the folder to upload. I use prophoto rgb. Is that the problem or what is the problem? The pictures are very sharp, high mega pixel and great quality. Still nearly all my pictures were denied. I don't get it.BestTimur
I love sunsets. Everyone does. Evidently, Stock Contributors think that every sunset is worthy of acceptance because they are in short supply. Or maybe they think that their sunset is so special it will outsell 28 million other sunsets that Adobe Stock has in current inventory. The cold, hard truth is this. If your sunset is accepted, the likelihood that anyone will see it, much less buy it, is between 2% and zero, favoring heavily on zero. Keep that in mind the next time you consider submitting a sunset. Adobe Stock Sunsets Can we find something other than sunsets to photograph? A resounding yes! Look around you. Planet Earth is rich with diversity -- rocks, minerals, fungi, plants, foods, animals, birds, fish, insects, people, places, architecture, tools, technology, musical instruments, you name it, the list goes on and on... It isn't hard to find other subjects to photograph because they're everywhere. &nb
I just received a notification and email from Adobe and they are paying $1 for each selected asset. previously it was $5. notification: You’ve got 130 eligible assets that could earn you up to $130 upfront if selected for the free collection. ($1.00 per selected asset). Can anybody help me to understand this notification?
I'm having trouble understanding what's happening. They've rejected some of my photos
...behind letting us edit keywords, titles, categories, etc. AFTER images are accepted as opposed to before? Yes, I know we can delete an image and make any changes again, but the way it seems now, if could allow people to add unnecessary keywords, change titles drastically, and so forth.
The images doesn't meet our quality standards. These are not AI generatives. I just want to learn from erors.
Hello, My account was blocked on March 9. I'm still trying to get my account back. However, on March 1, I asked for payment for my past sales. But I still haven't been paid. Could there be a situation with my account being blocked? After all, I requested payment 1 week ago. I'll be happy if you can help me.
Are these AI-generated pictures being rejected due to the out-of-focus background? Any advice regarding this matter would be highly appreciated.
So last month I uploaded about 10 Vector files to Adobe Stock. All none AI, all hand made. After the review took about 2-3 Days, 8 of the EPS-Files got rejected (due to quality issues, as it states).I asked someone who's longer in the stock publishing game and he couldn't find any issues with the files.I tried to reach out to support via email and ask what exactly the issue with the rejected files was, but I got no response at all.So I moved on and uploaded another bunch of Vector graphics and now they're in the review since 15 days!Is this a kind of punishment or so? Again, this is all not AI made Stuff, all from the ground up self made vector images straight from Adobe Illustrator. This is kind of frustrating. Please, help!
My portfolio is only showing one free asset , the other assets are not showing whenever i click the link on the contributor account it shows the page not found / doesn't exist . Please help 🥺
Hello, I just started with adobe stock and uploaded a series of images 16 days ago. How does it usually take to get approved? Thanks, Lud.

Hi Everyone, I am seeing a continuing trend of people asking the same questions about how to properly submit images created with generative AI software. As a reminder, we have created a learn-and-support page with our submission guidelines HERE. Please review the guidelines before you submit generative AI content. After you have reviewed the submission guidelines, your next assignment is to review the generative AI submission FAQ page HERE. In addition to the same quality standards that apply to all asset types, there are specific requirements you must adhere to when submitting generative AI images. Submit all images as file type "Illustration". Regardless of whether it looks like a photo or not. Click the "Created using generative AI tools" box in the indexing page of the contributor portal prior to submitting the file for review Include "generative AI" in the title of ALL images (in English) in which all or part of the file was cre
I have never had a problems transferriing payout to my oaypal account until two days ago, Now no matter how often `i click the payout box all `i have is a heavily numbed index finger but no success in transfering funds.
I've noticed a ton of people uploading images that were created using artificial intelligence. The reason I think this is important is because it's been affecting the approval times. Before, it used to take around 4-5 days to approve vector or photo images. But with the influx of AI-generated images, it now takes around 2 weeks. That's quite a delay, and I believe the categorization approach could help us get things back on track. Here's what I suggest: Why don't we split the categories for verification? We could have one group for people who create their photos themselves, and another for those who use artificial intelligence to create their works. This way, we can speed up the review process for those who put in the effort to create their images manually. I am looking forward to hearing thoughts!
Hello all. Model permission is requested for human pictures that I created with artificial intelligence. How can i get it?
Hi everyoneI had an anxiety about recent downloads this week. I got eight downloads (which is more than usual) with short time interval and with same amount of earning. The problem is, my fellow Indonesian contributors received the same issue and also the same amount. Isn't it suspicious? I'm afraid those downloads were illegal, because in the past some Indonesian contributors whose picture downloaded illegally got their account blocked by Adobe. ThanksSorry for my bad English
I have several images rejected for technical issues, I want to resubmit them and would love if I could access the keywords. Is there a way? Thanks
I don't understand what is going on ?Some time ago I started submitting photos to Adobe Stock. In the beginning, several photos turned out to be rejected due to quality problems.Gradually I learned to determine for myself which photos do meet the quality requirements. If photos are now rejected, it is usually because there are already too many of the same images in Stock. Until this week; suddenly almost all (out of 75) submitted images are rejected due to quality problems.Several of those images come from series of which images were previously accepted. In that case, the images were made with the same camera; the same settings, dimensions, etc. They are also comparable or sometimes better in terms of image sharpness. What could be the reason for this? I attached two images from the same series 8591 is accepted, 8601 is not (because of quality issues)
