Hello everyone, There are human images produced by AI on the site. However, Adobe asks me for a model license even though I have selected the AI-generated option. How do we solve this?

Why do those images get refused, the resolution is 4000*4000, and it's an AI generated images, anyone could help

Hello Adobe support team!   I've uploaded fresh ai generated illustration a month ago and it had not been reviewed yet. After 4 times trying to contact support via chat and email I've got no help. Could you check my account, maybe those files are out of the queue for any reason or got lost among other files? Atfer that I kept uploading new files almost every day but no results. My photos were recently not accepted for quality issues. What issues might the photos have so I can improve them? I have attached the photos to this post. Your help will be greatly appreciated.

 I submitted a series of clock times with asparagus on a slate (12 o'clock to 11 o'clock) - and 2 were accepted (7 o'clock and 11 o'clock) - the rest were rejected because of similarity with existing material --> 7 and 11 o'clock ... rejected.The Picture shows a combination of the uploaded images This evaluation makes no sense at all

Hi, I just got this message and don't know what happened. I contacted Adobe but I also contacted some other reasons and didn't have any reply. Could you please help me out?  I have put a lot of effort in creating my portfolio and apparently it's now blocked. 

Hi. Do you also wait for 2 to 3 weeks for your stock illustrations/photos to be reviewed? Does it take this long in usual? 

What is happening with the photo checks? The checks have always been done after a week at the latest, now they have been stopped for two, I have even reached the number of 3001 uploads of photos that need to be checked, is there anyone left working?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hey i have two questions, 1.The picture with the red vintage car was rejected for quality reasons, I would like to know exactly the reason because the picture has a very high resolution. I have only made license plates and faces unrecognizable, since I could not ask for consent, is that the correct procedure? 2.What exactly is foreign ownership in the background? I'm always a bit unsure about this, since many images theoretically have foreign ownership in the background. For example, if I take a picture of a beautiful rose growing through a beautiful fence, do I have to ask the owner of the rose or fence for permission? What exactly do I need to look out for here and what do I need consents for? Thanks a lot, best regards Rafael

Hi, Suddenly all my new images were rejected because of quality issues. I did not change anything in my standard workflow. Could it be because i use Topas Denoise to get rid of potential noise and sharpen the image?I just don't understand, so i hope that someone can explain the reason. Kind Regards,Emma

Bonjour je ne comprend pas quel problème de qualité ont mes photos...

It happened several times with me that some pics of same model accepted by adobe and some are rejected by saying non complaint image. This time i wrote same description of image from selected images on adobe and selected keywords which are showing automatically but again image non complaint. Can some one tells me where am i making mistake.. 

I have no issue with AI-generated content as I create using both traditional and AI tools. However, I strongly believe that everyone who creates AI content should be held to the same standard. This account has barely tagged any of its uploads, and it appears that almost all of its content is AI-generated. You can't edit any of the details while the asset is under review. You would have to delete and resubmit correctly.

採用されたのに、検索してもヒットしないイラストがあります。具体的には、こちらです。https://stock.adobe.com/jp/stock-photo/id/600213052?asset_id=600213052 画像のタイトルである「腰に手を当てる水着の女性(三つ編み)」と入力してもヒットしませんし、その他いかなるキーワードでも絶対にでてきません。ファイルの番号(600213052)で検索した時のみヒットします。 面白いことにこのイラストは、「ダッシュボード」のページでは表示されるのですが、「ポートフォリオ( https://stock.adobe.com/jp/contributor/206003906/girly%20goatee )」には表示されません。 なお、類似イラストがいくつかありますが、それらは普通にヒットします。https://stock.adobe.com/jp/stock-photo/id/600213049?asset_id=600213049https://stock.adobe.com/jp/stock-photo/id/559189371?asset_id=559189371 なぜだと思いますか？一旦、当該イラストを削除して、登録しなおした方が良いでしょうか？

ダッシュボードに表示される通貨単位が先日まで"円"で表示されていたのに"＄"に変わってしまいました。そのように変わったのを私が知らないだけでしょうか？直す方法があればどなたか教えてください。よろしくお願いします。
