Stock Contributors

i´ve the same problem - since years no problems wie Fotolia/Adobe ... and now all pictures are rejected! Hours of work for nothing! Frustration!

Hello everybody, one of my pics was refused because of similarity, but none of my pics that I now uploaded, nor one of my already existing pics in the portfolio is similar. It's just the opposite, two ducks hunting each other seems to be not that common at all, see the attached picture. How can I proceed? Thak you so muchMiguel

I been having good sales recently and suddenly out of nowwhere im blocked. I have quite a big amount inside. and my portfolio is big. Can someone help.?i use contact us form and i read there should be an email informing. But i received no email, checked my spam and none there as well. 

My original currency used to be GBP. Since conversion to USD for all contributors my Payout History is showing the incorrect amounts. For example my first payout in 2016 was £225, but Payout History shows £300 instead. I print out a copy of my payouts on a yearly basis - all previous printouts show correct amounts. Only this year's printout is wrong. It looks like my historic payouts have been converted to USD but still show the "£" symbol. Anyone having a same issue?

Supongo que si te rechazan alguna foto, y luego otra, por las razones que sean, empiezan a rechazarte todas, por cualquier pretexto...

Hi,Recently, I have started using Adobe Stock as a platform to market my photographs. I have already uploaded a number of images, some of which have been reviewed and posted, while others are still under review.Nevertheless, I am interested in finding out how I can monitor the views of my photos and increase their exposure on Adobe Stock.Any recommendations on how to accomplish this would be highly appreciated.Thanks & Regards

Hello.Half of the files I upload are rejected. Cause: -Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.- Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.- Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)- You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file. But I'm only uploading an EPS file (no jpeg preview). There is definitely no raster graphics in the EPS file. Why are images rejected?

Good morning. For some time, the vectors that I send are visible after uploading and later in the considered section they are no longer visible, only a white spot.

Hi. Ai format files do not transfer . They are invisible after uploading. In Corel 2022 they open without a problem. This happened after changing the hard drive to an SSD. Please help. Ela

Malheureusement cela n'a pas été fait et je recois toujours des mails de votre part m'indiquant que certaines photos sont toujours vendues. Comment faire pour régler le problème ?

Hello community, I hope you all are enjoying your week. I am looking for advice regarding AI generated images. I made the following mistake: I flagged AI generated images as "AI generated", but I am unsure if I have selected the correct file type "illustration" in every case. I was under the false impression that setting the checkmark with "AI generated" was enough. I read the guidelines again in detail today and realized my error. I am somewhat sure that my images are partly labeled as illustrations and some as photos, which is wrong of course. My images have been accepted and I can not find an option in my contributor dashboard  where I can check if the file type is correctly labeled as "illustration". I am a bit worried, that this will bite me in the future, so I would like to review my images and flag them accordingly. If anyone has a tipp or helpful advice, I would be very happy if you would share it with me. Kind regardsChristian

Dear all,I have some submissions stay in review for over a month. Hence they all  build up to the limit and I can't make any more submissions. Does this mean the old submission are not accepted? Should I remove them and how?

I am having a similar issue. Has something changed? These photos were rejected in terms of quality, but I have had similar photos accepted and sold on Adobe stock. Do bots assess the submissions or people?             [user hijacked a different thread, moderator detached this.]

Hi, there!I recently started selling some photos on Adobe Stock which left me kind of excited to pursue this side income. As I'm uploading more and more photos to Adobe Stock, only a small percentage of them are getting accepted, due to "Quality Issues". I always try to get everything right regarding the exposure, noise, focus, etc. But I don't seem to be getting it right. Can some please give me some tips on the most important aspects when editing a photo for this purpose? For example, recently, I uploaded this picture:Originally, it has around 5000x3300px.It got rejected because of Quality Issues. I can't seem to figure out what I could improve in this picture. Maybe the framing? But do photos get rejected because of this? Hello Contributora,I trained long ago with film! I'm just now diving into digital and am attempting to be a contributor on here. I clearly have a long way to go as I keep getting rejected, LOL. I have an account on Adobe Stock for several months now.As soon as I start (after a lot of hard work and learning) to see a small amount of income, my account gets this "validation issue" and I can't do anything in my selling profile.There is no feedback on the contact option and I haven't received any email from Adobe. If there is someone who knows how to resolve this problem, or someone from Adobe. I haven't done anything wrong and would like to get my account back to get back to work. If Adobe doesn't want my services, there are plenty other stock websites... Thank you.

I am new to adobe stock and have uploaded some of my images but a number have been rejected for "Quality issues" that I am unable to see myself.I've attached one of the rejected images, if anybody could provide feedback on what is wrong with it I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello! I actively use Adobe Stock to sell my images, and I've been doing this for a while now, about 3 weeks. Initially, I had only one account, and my images were usually moderated within a few days. However, now that I have multiple accounts, some of my images have been under review for over 20 days.   I've noticed that many people encounter this issue, especially when the images are generated by AI. However, there have been instances where newly uploaded images are moderated faster than images that have been in review for over a week.   I've checked all my accounts and made sure that my email is linked and verified.
