Hello.Half of the files I upload are rejected. Cause: -Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.- Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.- Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)- You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file. But I'm only uploading an EPS file (no jpeg preview). There is definitely no raster graphics in the EPS file. Why are images rejected?
Hi, what's wrong with these photos? I've been getting a lot of lately due to quality issues. I would like to know the reasons in more detail. Thank you.
Good morning. For some time, the vectors that I send are visible after uploading and later in the considered section they are no longer visible, only a white spot.
Hi. Ai format files do not transfer . They are invisible after uploading. In Corel 2022 they open without a problem. This happened after changing the hard drive to an SSD. Please help. Ela
Bonjour Je suis [Moderator deleted private information.
Hey, friends! Lately I've been having more quality rejections and was not used to that in Adobe. It might because I'm editing with a bad monitor due to traveling ann I'm now overexposing photos. Not sure, let me know what you guys think, these are some examples from different shootings:
Hello community, I hope you all are enjoying your week. I am looking for advice regarding AI generated images. I made the following mistake: I flagged AI generated images as "AI generated", but I am unsure if I have selected the correct file type "illustration" in every case. I was under the false impression that setting the checkmark with "AI generated" was enough. I read the guidelines again in detail today and realized my error. I am somewhat sure that my images are partly labeled as illustrations and some as photos, which is wrong of course. My images have been accepted and I can not find an option in my contributor dashboard where I can check if the file type is correctly labeled as "illustration". I am a bit worried, that this will bite me in the future, so I would like to review my images and flag them accordingly. If anyone has a tipp or helpful advice, I would be very happy if you would share it with me. Kind regardsChristian
I don't see what is a problem, can someone elaborate me pleasThank you
Dear all,I have some submissions stay in review for over a month. Hence they all build up to the limit and I can't make any more submissions. Does this mean the old submission are not accepted? Should I remove them and how?
I am having a similar issue. Has something changed? These photos were rejected in terms of quality, but I have had similar photos accepted and sold on Adobe stock. Do bots assess the submissions or people? [user hijacked a different thread, moderator detached this.]
Hi, there!I recently started selling some photos on Adobe Stock which left me kind of excited to pursue this side income. As I'm uploading more and more photos to Adobe Stock, only a small percentage of them are getting accepted, due to "Quality Issues". I always try to get everything right regarding the exposure, noise, focus, etc. But I don't seem to be getting it right. Can some please give me some tips on the most important aspects when editing a photo for this purpose? For example, recently, I uploaded this picture:Originally, it has around 5000x3300px.It got rejected because of Quality Issues. I can't seem to figure out what I could improve in this picture. Maybe the framing? But do photos get rejected because of this? All help is appreciated. Thank you very much to anyone who gave a little of their time to read my issue! 🙂
Hello Contributora,I trained long ago with film! I'm just now diving into digital and am attempting to be a contributor on here. I clearly have a long way to go as I keep getting rejected, LOL. Could you all please tell me everything that is wrong with this attached image. But be kind; my ego is fragile, haha! Thanks, Annette
hello, I would like to request some much needed features as a stock contributor - i would like to know who licensed my image - what region they are from - where my image has been used and purpose of use i feel as contributors we should have some more insights [moderator changed the topic. This is not about “Contributor critique”.] thanks
Hello, Adobe Community, Would anyone have a more detailed explanation of what "Illustrative Editorial" is beyond the definition Adobe gives? Thanks. Gerald
I have an account on Adobe Stock for several months now.As soon as I start (after a lot of hard work and learning) to see a small amount of income, my account gets this "validation issue" and I can't do anything in my selling profile. There is no feedback on the contact option and I haven't received any email from Adobe. If there is someone who knows how to resolve this problem, or someone from Adobe. I haven't done anything wrong and would like to get my account back to get back to work. If Adobe doesn't want my services, there are plenty other stock websites... Thank you.
I am new to adobe stock and have uploaded some of my images but a number have been rejected for "Quality issues" that I am unable to see myself.I've attached one of the rejected images, if anybody could provide feedback on what is wrong with it I would greatly appreciate it.
Hello! I actively use Adobe Stock to sell my images, and I've been doing this for a while now, about 3 weeks. Initially, I had only one account, and my images were usually moderated within a few days. However, now that I have multiple accounts, some of my images have been under review for over 20 days. I've noticed that many people encounter this issue, especially when the images are generated by AI. However, there have been instances where newly uploaded images are moderated faster than images that have been in review for over a week. I've checked all my accounts and made sure that my email is linked and verified. Is there possibly an issue with my accounts? Thank you! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
I submited the image 16:9 like thishere it is in 3:2 and in color before the B&W edit in lightroom
There is inconsistency. I have had pleny of photos accepted, similar photos rejected. What is your opinion of this photo rejected on technical grounds. [moderator detached from a different post]
Hi there! I've been actively using Adobe Stock to sell my images for a few weeks now. Initially, my images were reviewed and approved fairly quickly when I had only one account. However, since I've created multiple accounts, some of my images have been stuck in the review process for over 20 days. It's frustrating, especially considering that newer images are sometimes approved faster than older ones. I've double-checked all my accounts, made sure my email is linked and verified, but the issue persists. Can you please look into this? Thank you! [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]
Hello Adobe Community - I have been contributing to Adobe for about four years and recently seem to be getting some rejections for Quality Issues. From what I understand Adobe will be specific when rejections are for focus, under or over exposure, and noise/artifacts. Everything else falls under Quality Issues - white balance, contrast, saturation, chromatic abberation, obvious editing, general composition, or other unnamed quality standards. Any comments on these two rejected image will be appreciated. Thanks... Gerald
Good morning, I've always uploaded 100 pictures at a time and I average about a 15-20% approval rate on my submissions. Over the last three weeks or so I can't get a single approval despite uploading over 1000 photos (over three weeks). What's changed? Some of the same images uploaded to other microstock site are getting approved at the same rate so this is an Adobe issue.
I posted a couple of images to Adobe Stock, but it's been 7 days the images are still now reviewed. May I know how much more time it will take to review all the images? Thanks & Regards
Id 593854376, or 592312806, id 592312703 etc.... I don't understand why you are rejecting a lot of photos for technical reasons when they are technically perfect! Not possible!I waste a lot of time making these shots and then they get deleted for no good reason! Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to inquire about the status of my submission, which has been under review for the past 25 days. Despite this lengthy period, I have yet to receive any updates regarding its progress. I would appreciate it if you could kindly check on the status of my submission and provide me with an update at your earliest convenience.Additionally, I would be grateful for any assistance you could provide if there are any issues with my submission that need to be addressed. Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely, Naeem Ahmed Siddiqi
