Stock Contributors

I upload a zip folder with a vector image to the stock, the preview is correct for a couple of hours, and then it disappears and looks like this: https://stock.adobe.com/ru/images/office-stationery-set/589516046?prev_url=detail&asset_id=589516046.Adobe stock accepts work, but something is happening with the preview

V.Poth,  I uploaded 30 days ago and I am still waiting. Out of the 90 pictures I uploaded, you accepted three those are in my portfolio and already making money, I could have been doing well with the 90 waiting since they are seasonal. Also two of my photos are in the Reminder for a model release. You guys make this difficult because there is no way to contact anyone and the people in the photo that you want a release from are made with artificial intelligence. I made those people myself. They are not real people so I cant get them to do anything.  How long does the approval process take and how do I deal with non-existent people that cant sign documents? Thank you!

Hello, Being an Adobe contributor and non-US citizen I am trying to reach adobetax@adobe.com to receive document about my earnings and amount of withholding (for tax purpose) for the year 2019 (instead of the 1042-S form) and avoid double taxing as it is stated here: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Taxes-non-US-citizens.html "We provide a letter to report statistics for the year for local tax purposes upon request to adobetax@adobe.com" but I haven't get any response since April. I have tried to chat with support agents, called Adobe but no results - everyone is pointing to send email to adobetax@adobe.com. But no answer from there even if sending from my other email address. Do you have any suggestions on how to receive the required information?

Good morning, this morning I opened my profile and found it blocked with the message "There is an issue with the validation status in your account".I have had an Adobe ID for years because I have a photography plan, I have a validated Adobe Stock account and have been selling photos for almost 2 months. I have also filled out the tax form and everything was fine, otherwise I probably wouldn't have been able to start selling photos. Can you tell me what is happening? I was waiting for my first payment because I made the request, but instead of paying me, my account is blocked?Can you kindly solve the problem and explain to me what happened?I have been chatting for 2 hours this morning and when I get transferred to Adobe Stock, nobody responds and the chat disconnects.

Good morning. For days now adobe has been rejecting me complete sessions of between 50 and 100 photos, which have taken me hours and hours of work. All taken with a Sony 35mm 1.8 lens. Adobe says that the photos have quality problems, this is not true because I have been working in photography for more than five years and I know what is well done and what is not, even in other agencies the same photos are approved without problems. Is the same thing happening to anyone?

I need help, as about a hundred of my images have been rejected as "Similar Image(s) Already Submitted." The problem is that there is no reason for the rejection because I don't have any similar content on my account; there are no images that resemble or even images on the same or similar topic, so an error has occurred. Who can I contact for help to have the images reviewed again? Thank you.

Hello every body I have quality issues with my photos.  In my opinien they are quite sharp, but pictures in question were rejected by adobe. I'd be gratefull for expert advise. Best regards

There is an error on this page: Adobe StockAt the bottom there is link to the instagram page but, Instagram is spelled incorrectly. 

Why is the review process taking so long? I have files that have been in review for 9 days and still no updates.  Adobe has always taken longer than other stock sites, but this seems unusually long. 

can we upload AI genrated images?

Hello. I am a long time contributor first time forum participant. Adobe screen name Richard28722569. I submitted an AI generative image of Abraham Lincoln portrait as a stained glass window. It was rejected for lack of a model release. Thoughts?

Hey just curious why these pictures won't go through review?the picture above did go through, but the other won't, i thought it would be because of blur, but there are a lot of pictures without it. All pictures i tried to upload were edited the same. This picture for example was not taken: Could it be cause they are too similiar? Thank you in advance! 

After release of a photo to Adobe stock photo, whether the copyright will remain with me ?

During our review, we found that it contains elements that appear to be protected by intellectual property (IP) laws, so we can't accept it into our collection. Elements protected by IP may appear in the image or in the description, title, and/or keywords. my 2 project rejected , don't know the exact issue why it happens , please help anyone in this case

Hello,Many images from Premium are really good, however, there are also surprisingly many weak images that are marketed Premium!I have uploaded an example here, in the image search in Premium there were 3 images, these I compare here with my, also offered at Adobe Stock images.My question:Why do my images have no chance to get into the premium sector, other providers get into the premium sector with worse images?In the premium sector the best images should be able to be offered!I wonder, how are the premium images selected?Please create the opportunity to apply for the premium sector with outstanding top photos, i.e. photos that deserve it, for mutual benefit!Respond please!!! I have more than 100 images waiting to be reviewed and approved. Some images currently are now 25 days without anyone reviewing them or deciding if they will be accepted.  In fact I have deleted several images awaiting approval that were 35 days or more, because I thought this might get something moving.  There has to be something wrong with the account.  Please advise.  Thank you.

Ok. I just uploaded that photo some days ago. What should I do? Can Adobe contact that website? The fact that website is using images without consent or even paid for them, I think is a motive of fraud.

I uploaded this image to various sites and it was excepted, except Adobe Stock.  Can someone please tell me why Adobe consistently reject my images. Im not in anyway a professional photographer and try really hard to improve my images. Maybe Adobe have higher standards?
