Всем доброго времени суток. Подскажите пожалуйста как разместить на сток фото в авторской обработке. пишут что не принято из за проблем с качеством. не пойму, может проблема не в обработке. Спасибо огромное.

I guess AI is creating a massive issue with approvals.I had 465 images waiting for review last night.I have 409 images waiting for review this morning.My rejection queue has not changed.My reminder queue has not changed.My active listing has not changed. Anyone else here?

Hello, I have been working on this for awhile, trying to figure out a way to add color on a dynamic level.Any help would be greatly appriciated! Hope I picked a relevent forum. Would love to know if there was one for this type of thing.

I had a few photos accepted years ago, but thought I needed to hone my craft before uploading again.  I've improved to the point where I feel good about uploading content.  One of my recent photos was rejected because it was similar to previous photos.  How do I get rid of the lesser quality photos so that I can included higher quality and more marketable images?

Hello. I want to put three formats into one product: Svg , Png , Jpg . I create a Zip file with these three formats (svg , png , jpg ). When downloading a zip file, it says "invalid file type". All file requirements are met. Please help with advice on how to load these three formats into one product

As the title says, I'm waiting for my AI stock images to be reviewed by the mods, the first images are 12 days ago old.For a strange reason some of them has being accepted after few days, but for the rest (95 images) i'm still waiting, is that normal?  

The reason is Quality Issues but there are still a lot of possibilities. What I am wondering is that I uploaded a whole pack of images (about 50) and some of them were accepted and others not and I don't understand what the difference is between the images. Or in other words I don't understand what I can do better because I don't know what the problem is.  These two were accepted for example: https://stock.adobe.com/de/stock-photo/id/573441592https://stock.adobe.com/de/stock-photo/id/573441693  These two were not accepted: Also, I don't quite understand why here in the forum, some write they upload an EPS and a JPG. In the vector requirements, this is not explicitly mentioned and I, therefore, thought that Adobe automatically creates the JPG. because I have always uploaded only an EPS, and that was ok - most images are accepted, and I generally upload only EPS.A possible reason for the rejection could be that the JPG previewfile should not be below 5000 x

Dear sir my account was going fine then how it's blocked? I didn't even upload any image before blocked all images were accepted already. Kindly look into this matter.

Hello,A few days ago my adobe stock contributor account was disabled. Then I contacted the support center and told them this, they said that there have been "unusual events, submissions, and/or transactions that are against our terms and submission guidelines".But I didn't do that. I am an illustrator teacher, a few days ago I asked my students to download an illustration in my adobe stock to teach an illustrator lesson. I think that's why my account is disabled. It is not an unusual download. It was downloaded by real people.But here my students have not used adobe stock before. Therefore, they downloaded my illustration from an adobe stock trial.I think my account is disabled because of those reasons. Ultimately this is a misunderstanding. Hello,I was cuirious if i could request a critique on some images that were rejected so I can change my editing workflow to accomodate Adobe better. I have other images that are very similar that seem to pass no problem but these I am unsure what they took issue with. Since they do take a fair amount of work to capture it'd be nice to have them accepted. I appreciate the insight, thanks!

Hello!Since all income will be converted to US dollars from March 3rd, 2023, you can still decide to leave the income in euros until February 28th, 2023. Where can this be set in the provider account? I want my earnings to continue to be paid out in euros.Best regards!Oliver

These is my first submission to Stock and do not know what went wrong.  If anyone has any suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated.These photos were all rejected for tech issues.  The photos are all at public parks and not easily identifiable, as far as I can tell. Also, photos are all taken with my Galaxy Note 9.  Perhaps there is a setting that will help me take acceptable photos for Stock.  I read that Stock accepts mobil phone photos.  Is there more I need to know about submitting mobil photos?Thank you in advance!Stephanie

The currency in my country (Montenegro, Europe) is EURO, but on my dashboard the earnings are in USD. So far I've been receiving payouts in USD. To avoid conversion fees I would like to be payed in EUR. How can I change this?

Hello! Please help me I get this today : "Account validation issue Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us." I was registering at adobe stock as a contributor 1-1,5 mounts ago, you approved my id, and my tax form, and some of my works...then today when I am logged in, and go to sell, or try to upload my new works I see this :  "Account validation issue. Your account has a validation status issue. I think my last fotos were rejected because the lake color was partially pink. Probably the artificial Intelligence rejected this pink as artificial color, which is wrong: these are toxic algae and the main subject of the fotos. I think, the AI quite frequently rejects fotos wrongly when the subject or a color is unusual. There should be a possibility to have such fotos checked by humans or the AI should be fed more unusual subjects. Thanks

I want to express my disappointment with Adobe’s Stock Marketplace and how dealt with my situation (or better say didn’t deal) for months now. Before going into this, my name is Mirza and I’m a stock freelancer, uploading AE templates, motion graphics videos etc. from 2010.   In October/November 2022 I wanted to try Adobe Stock marketplace and I uploaded maybe few hundred of my best videos and sales were picking up. Around 25th November 2022 I got a message on my marketplace dashboard: “Account validation issue” and that I have to contact support, which I did immediately. After few days I got a reply: 29th November Your account has been blocked because you are uploading content that appears to belong to either other artists or websites.By accepting the Adobe Stock Contributor Agreement, you have agreed to upload only content to which you own 100% of the copyrights of all image elements.You have violated this agreement. Which I replied that I have no idea what they’re talking about
