Trying to wrap my head around something: There appears to be very little correlation between my levels of sharpness, focus, and clarity and what gets accepted or not… it appears to be totally random. I especially wish this particular rejection reason presented some kind of discernible pattern so I could make course corrections. I generally work on illustrations at around 30 – 40 megapixels, and then submit at full working size. But since Adobe’s minimum is 4 megapixels — does it make sense to downsize them to about 4mp when I’m finished, before sending? Moderators zooming in close will hit pixel resolution zoom-in limits before they see any kind of micro softness to a sharp edge.
I have been looking at the Weekly Top Sellers section on Adobe Stock and noticed something I don't fully understand. Some contributors appear to have 100+ pages of content and around 1,00,000 downloads, while others have only 10 or fewer pages of content but still have around 1,00,000 downloads. How is this possible? Does the number of assets/pages have little relationship to the number of downloads? Are there particular factors that can cause a contributor's assets to receive significantly more downloads - such as content type, search ranking, keywords, customer demand, licensing type, contributor history, or the age of the assets?I would really appreciate an explanation from experienced Adobe Stock contributors about how these high-download contributors achieve such results.
I have a question about the software used to create Adobe Stock content. If a contributor creates completely original artwork using an unlicensed or pirated copy of Adobe Illustrator, could this affect their Adobe Stock contributor account? For example, if the artwork itself is original and does not contain any copyrighted or third-party material, could Adobe still take action against the contributor account because the software used to create the artwork was not properly licensed?Could this result in content removal, account suspension, account termination, or other restrictions?I would appreciate clarification on whether Adobe Stock contributors are required to use properly licensed software when creating and submitting content, and what the potential account risks are if they do not.
I want to feedback on my photo (rejected).I am beginner and will be happy to know any your thoughts about improving. Thank you!
I uploaded this photo to Adobe, but they rejected it, and I don't know why.
Hi everyone,My abstract expressionism artwork was recently rejected by Adobe Stock. The reason given was the standard template for technical quality (artifacts, noise, or excessive filtering). Here is my technical workflow: The piece is a digital mixed media artwork with heavy industrial grunge textures and manual scratches. I upscaled the image using Upscayl 2.15.0 with the High Fidelity model. After that, I applied the Unsharp Mask filter in Photoshop CS3 to enhance the texture motifs. The final JPG file size is safely under 45MB.I suspect the combination of AI upscaling and Unsharp Mask created pixel artifacts that triggered the automated rejection, but I am not entirely sure how to fix it without losing the sharp texture details.I have attached the artwork below (both full view and 100% zoom crop). I would highly appreciate any honest critique and technical advice from senior contributors on how to clean up the pixels for a successful re-submission. Thank you!
Hi, everyone can you inform me why my png picture doesn't meet the quality standard of Adobe stock? Thank you.
Hi everyone,I recently submitted this image to Adobe Stock, but it was rejected for “Quality Issues.”I would really appreciate some constructive feedback from experienced Adobe Stock contributors. I’m trying to understand what technical or visual issues I may have missed, especially regarding sharpness, softness, artifacts, texture inconsistencies, or other quality concerns. The image is 4096 × 2304 px and was created using generative AI.I’d like to learn from this rejection and improve my workflow before submitting more images.Thank you very much for any feedback!
The image is sharp, not overexposed, and looks good to me, yet it was rejected due to quality.
Can I access my Adobe Contributor account to upload my stock photos from the Creative Cloud desktop app? Thanks.
This got rejected for quality issues. But what exactly is the issue? (I’m trying to learn better).
Hi,I upload textile pattern designs to Adobe Stock. However, a significant number of our designs are repeatedly rejected for technical reasons that do not seem relevant to the nature and intended use of textile patterns. The moderators appear to evaluate these designs using photography-based criteria and reject them with the following message:“Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.”For textile repeat patterns, criteria such as sharpness, focus, depth of field, or photographic exposure should not always be assessed in the same way as they are for photographs. These designs are specifically created for printing on fabrics and other surfaces. Textures, effects, color transitions, linear elements, and visual details are intentional parts of the design.Because these works are being evaluated in the same technical category as photographs or standard visual content, the repeated rejections have
Hello,I would like to ask whether I can receive my Adobe Stock earnings through a Skrill account registered under a different name.My situation is:My Adobe Stock Contributor account is registered under Person A. My Adobe Stock account email is Email A. The Skrill account is registered under Person B. The primary email address of my Skrill account is Email B.I would like to use this Skrill account to receive my Adobe Stock payout. Is it allowed for an Adobe Stock Contributor account registered under Person A to receive payouts through a Skrill account registered under Person B?Could the difference in the account holder names cause the payout to be rejected, held, or cause any issue with my Adobe Stock Contributor account?I would like to confirm this before requesting a payout.Thank you.

Hello Adobe Stock Community,My Adobe Stock Contributor account was recently blocked, and I received an email from Adobe Contributor Relations stating that my account had been blocked due to content or activity that may have violated the Adobe Stock Submission Guidelines or Contributor Terms.I have already contacted Adobe and submitted the official appeal form requesting a review of my account.I sincerely apologize if I made any mistake. I believe some of my submissions may have been too similar, as I sometimes uploaded multiple variations of similar content. This was unintentional, and I now understand that I need to be much more careful about submitting only distinct and compliant content.I have spent the past four months working very hard on my Adobe Stock account, so this situation has been very difficult for me. I have asked Adobe to kindly give me one more opportunity. If my account is reinstated, I will carefully review every submission and strictly follow all Adobe Stock guideli
pls guys tell me how to fix this render
I am so excited! The original picture of the two dogs was rejected. After a few changes, this was accepted. I am so happy. I really, really wanted this picture in the collection.
Hello, I am trying to regain access to my existing Adobe Stock Contributor portfolio, historically identified as “Pressa313”. I can successfully sign in to my Adobe ID. However, every Contributor URL—including the portfolio and official contact page—immediately redirects to “Account creation is not available.” I also receive sales notifications for the older portfolio, but cannot view the portfolio, files, or earnings history. I do not want to create a second Contributor account. I need the existing profile reviewed and, if necessary, linked back to the correct Adobe ID. The official Contributor contact form is inaccessible because it redirects to the same error page. Could an Adobe staff member advise how to open a recovery case or have Contributor Relations review this account-linking issue? I can supply verification and sales-notification evidence privately through an approved support channel. Thank you.
Why this photo was not accepted? Model release was acepted, but they refused the picture.
Hi everyone,I recently discovered that I have been banned from the official Adobe Stock Contributors Discord server. I haven't been active on the server for a long time, and I’m not sure why the ban was placed. My Discord Account Standing currently shows “All good” with no violations or restrictions.I’m trying to contact the Adobe Stock Discord moderators to understand the reason for the ban and request a review.I’m an Adobe Stock contributor, and I sometimes have questions that I’d like to discuss with the community. It’s possible that I may have unintentionally violated a rule in the past, although I honestly don’t remember doing so. If that happened, I sincerely apologize. I would really appreciate it if the moderation team could review the reason for my ban and, if possible, give me a second chance to rejoin and participate in the community.Does anyone know who the current Discord moderators or community managers are, or the appropriate way to contact them directly?Thank you very mu
