Buenos días, Llevo varias semanas con este tema y sigue sin solucionarse. Me gustaría poder recibir ayuda o algún tipo de información para recibir definitivamente el cobro solicitado el 9 de agosto, ya ha pasado todo el tiempo que dice Adobe que necesita para hacer el pago y sigo sin recibirlo en mi cuenta. ¿Alguien me puede dar una solución o guiarme en este asunto?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hello,My vector submissions have been pending for approval for 4 months now. Previously, my vectors were typically approved within 15 days, and some were even approved on the same day. My rejection rate is only 2 out of 100, so I’m unsure why there’s such a long delay this time.Can someone please advise me on what I should do?

Every single time I try and log into the contributor website so I can start selling stock photos it denies my access. Every time I click "Learn more" it takes me to the generic help site with no explination on why the access is denied whatsoever.

My files have been in review for 12 weeks, can you check the status?

Of the last 100 AI images reviewed, 98 were rejected on the grounds of similar content. Is there such a thing as a truly unique image in the world? Every image has a counterpart; are we looking for undiscovered places, undiscovered creatures?

I uploaded this attched transparent PNG. It is unique, and i believe adobe does not have or niether i do have this kind of content but it got rejected as “similar content.” Yet I see many simple images on Adobe Stock (like onions or strawberries on white backgrounds) are being approved. Why are mine rejected while these get accepted? 

I have a question regarding my portfolio. Some of my files were approved more than 12 weeks ago, but they still don’t appear in my public Adobe Stock portfolio. In the Contributor Dashboard, I can see them listed as Approved, but there is no “View on Adobe Stock” link, and when I search for them on the marketplace, I get the message: “We couldn't find any results for … Try your search outside of portfolios.” Does this mean that my files are categorized as Licensing Only and not available in the public marketplace? If so, is there anything I can do to increase the chance of my future uploads being available in the public portfolio instead of licensing only? As a result, today we are announcing the bonus payment details for contributors whose content was used to train our first commercial Firefly model, which is now available.   All eligible Adobe Stock contributors with photos, vectors or illustrations, whose content was used to train the first commercial Firefly model, received a Firefly bonus payment today, September 13, 2023. Hi, I am a contributor and would like to know if I can submit a photo of an urban center (for commercial use) that shows an ancient artistic balustrade where to highlight it better I have eliminated a building (houses) that is in the back. Generally, I'd like to know if changes to the actual image by removing windows, balconies, buildings, etc. are not permitted for photos of streets, squares, buildings, or cityscapes in general. Hi everyone, I’d like to ask the community for advice about my situation. My account was blocked due to AI issues back in May. I contacted support right away and received a case number (00385379), but I haven’t had any reply since then. It’s already been 3 months with complete silence. Has anyone here experienced something similar? Do cases like this usually get resolved, or should I not expect any reaction at all? Or does support simply not care about their contributors? I’ve been contributing and uploading files to the stock for more than 10 years, and this is the first time I’ve faced such a problem. Hello everyone,Recently I came across some discussions where people were saying that contributors should consider deleting already approved files if they are too similar to each other. The reason given was that Adobe might be actively checking for very similar content, and in some cases, contributor accounts could be at risk if many duplicates are found.I’m not sure how accurate this information is, but it made me curious. Does Adobe officially recommend removing similar content ourselves, or is it safe to keep them once they are approved?I’d love to hear what other contributors think and if there’s any official guidance on this.

However, I have not received any email or notification explaining the reason for this action. I really don't know what could be the reason for this issue, and I always try to follow Adobe's guidelines and policies. I do not have any documentation or evidence of the violation, so I humbly request your help in understanding the reason behind the deactivation. Hello, if my AI photos and AI videos in Adobe Stock are rejected more than accepted for "Similar content in our collection" and "Quality Issues" each time, can my account be damaged? Can my account be blocked or banned? My account has accepted 1869 AI photos and AI videos and rejected 3031.

Im trying to get into video and are curently produceing MP4 files. My issue is when I do a search for videos simlair to mine the first page are all MOV files. Does this mean MOV files sell better than MP4 files or am I reading to much into it?     [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

Hi, can anyone help please?  i had my account deactivated in january after submitting around 5 years worth of work, solely dedicated for stock, i may have breached the guidelines for spamming (images nearly the same as each other but are different)  which i understand now, but have messaged in numerous times, via the adobe online support, and emails, to get my library back online, originally i was told to be patient and wait, i waited and waited (about 4-5 months) and still nothing, i chatted with a agent recently who told me to fill the online form again regarding my problem, same as the others... i have recieved file complaint / case numbers , but that's as far as it's got... i am nearly 10 months in and my account still deactivated, with 5 years worth of work, just sitting there. please please please can someone from adobe help? kind regards Scott
