Hello,I have a few quick questions regarding the newly updated Redemption Code Program for contributors:Generative AI Content: Are AI-generated images and videos fully eligible to count toward the upload and download thresholds for the 70% and 40% discount tiers, provided they comply with standard content guidelines? Category Specifics: For the broad categories listed (such as People, Lifestyle, Business, etc.), are there any specific guidelines, sub-categories, or style preferences we should target, or is any content within those main categories acceptable?Thanks for clarifying!

How do I open an account? How do I sell my photos and videos? I want to know the proper guidelines.

Over the last few years the likes of Paypal and Payoneer or forever increasing their exchange rate / transfer fees. As Adobe is keen to help its contributors maybe it’s about time for a revision of the options available. Either by way of adding your own bank account details, Like Alamy does. The fees involved would be far more reasonable.Or, the addition of Wise (formerly TransferWise) who also have fees that are less painful.Making stock imagery can be hard enough and the fact that the current companies that Adobe offer as payment methods take nearly 5% of income, it feels like Adobe could really make a name for themselves by offering something like Wise as an option. Anyway, forever hopeful that this could someday be done as it would make a very meaningful difference. I have recently received a large number of “Quality Issues” rejections on Adobe Stock.The rejected files include both food photography and outdoor/travel photography, while some of the same types of images are accepted by another stock platform.I understand that “Quality Issues” can cover several technical problems. Hi,I am trying to sign up for an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but every time I log in, I get a red error banner saying:"There was an error creating your account. Please try again." I have already tried clearing my browser cache and trying in incognito mode, but the issue persists. Could you please help resolve this or reset/sync my account setup?Thank you! 

In recent years, Adobe Stock has shifted from photographers-correctors- retouchers as experts to using the work of teenagers who've held only iPhones in their lives. Explaining things like depth of field with FF, composition, light etc. to these "experts" is pointless. I've been a photographer for over 40 years, including professionally, and I sold recently a lot of my photos on Fotolia. It's a shame, but Adobe Stock's level has fallen very low.

 I noticed the deposited amount was low, so I checked and found that $28 had been deducted for the annual fee.There are far more than I expected—was it always like this?I expected to pay only withdrawal fees—with no annual fee or a much lower one—but it turns out the fee is quite high.

Hello,I am facing a persistent issue while connecting my Payoneer account to the Adobe Stock Contributor portal. It has been 5 days since I completed the linking process.Here are the details of my situation:I received the confirmation email from Payoneer immediately stating: "You can now receive payments from Adobe." However, my Adobe Contributor dashboard status is still stuck on "Connecting". I have tried changing browsers, clearing cache/cookies, using incognito mode, and even switching networks, but the status remains locked. My previous support ticket was automatically closed without resolving the issue. It seems to be a backend synchronization/token bug. Hello. I am trying to create a new Adobe Stock Contributor account. My Adobe ID was created successfully, my email is verified, and my Belarusian mobile phone number has been added. However, when I open the Contributor Portal, I see the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.”I also cannot access Contributor Support because it redirects me back to the same page. Could you please confirm whether new Adobe Stock Contributor accounts are currently available for residents of Belarus, or whether this is a technical issue with my account? Thank you.

I have uploaded many JPEG images to Adobe Stock, but once again, several of them have been rejected for “Quality Issues.”Unfortunately, I do not understand what exactly is considered to be insufficient quality in these images. The same thing happened with my previous upload. I have carefully checked the files myself, but I cannot identify any obvious technical or quality problems that would explain the rejections.In addition, I selected the submitted images carefully. They do not contain any visible logos, trademarks, or other clearly identifiable protected content. Hi everyone, I have two related questions about Adobe Stock contributor accounts and would really appreciate insight from experienced contributors. 1) A friend of mine recently created a new Adobe Stock contributor account. He only uploads AI-generated images. For every single image, he checks the "Created using Generative AI" box, adds a proper title, relevant keywords, and selects the correct category before submitting. Assuming he continues working exactly this way — only AI-generated content, always correctly disclosed and labeled — is there any risk that his account could still get suspended? 2) My own Adobe Stock account was suspended some time ago. If I log into my friend's account from the same phone that was previously used to access my suspended account, and upload AI-generated images there (properly disclosed, same process as above), could this cause my friend's account to get suspended or flagged — even though the images and disclosure process themselves are correct? Any gu

Hello everyone, I am opening this thread hoping to get some advice or assistance regarding my blocked Adobe Stock contributor account.  My account was blocked, and I submitted the official appeal form quite a long time ago. Unfortunately, I haven't received any response or updates so far.  Restoring this account is extremely important to me, as it is a crucial part of my work. I understand the review process takes time due to the heavy volume of requests, but I am very worried since a lot of time has passed without any feedback. All the photos I uploaded were flagged as AI-generated, even though I used my phone's default camera and didn't edit them.

New contributor here- so some constructive criticism would be appreciated. This image wasn't accepted by Adobe.

its a wall texture image i edit it in photoshop and export as maximum jpeg 2000x3060 resolution they keep saying quality issues also plz suggest me how can i get better like i have this passion of clicking pics and editing them so i though i can post it here on adobe stock to get some bucks
