Stock Contributors

Hi Adobe Stock Community,I recently uploaded a PNG image (3D icon style with a transparent background), and it was rejected for "Quality Issues." However, I’ve uploaded very similar images in JPG format before (same style, same quality), and they were approved without any problems.📎 I have attached the rejected PNG image here for reference. 

Common issues that can impact the technical quality of images include exposure issues, soft focus, excessive filtering or artifacts/noise.    Can someone explain the issues with these images?

Hi everyone,I usually get my vector files reviewed within a few days, but I have a simple SVG vector icon — for example, “A simple black brush stroke arrow pointing to the left” — that has been pending for 17 days.Interestingly, my recently submitted PNGs, JPEGs, and even some AI-generated SVG icons were accepted within 24–48 hours, but this Illustrator-created SVG is still under review.Is it normal for hand-made SVG vectors to take this long?Should I wait longer or resubmit the file?Any advice from other contributors or moderators would be really helpful.Thanks in advance!

Hi everyone, I have a question about using Canva's AI-generated images.Can I upload pictures made with Canva's AI tools to Adobe Stock as a contributor?Canva says I own my outputs and can use them commercially, but I’m not sure if that includes selling them on stock websites.Do these platforms accept images created with Canva’s AI, or would they be rejected? Hello,I recently contacted Adobe Stock Contributor Support to request deactivation of my old Contributor account and activation of my new one.It has now been over 5 business days and I haven’t received any reply. I also sent a follow-up message, but there’s still no update.My new account is still inactive, and I’d really appreciate if someone from the team or a moderator can help escalate this issue or check the status.Thank you very much!

I have not copied anyone's design yet it is showing like this. I have uploaded many designs and all of them are showing similar but I am making them manually so why are they showing so many similar ones? I’ve seen some contributors uploading vector or PNG versions of well-known brand logos, such as Adobe, YouTube, Facebook, etc., and listing them as “Editorial Use Only.” These files seem to remain on the platform for a long time. So I would like to know:   1) Is it officially allowed to upload branded logos if we mark them as Editorial Use Only? 2) Can we earn from such uploads through licensing? 3) Is there any risk of account suspension for uploading brand-related content? 4) What are Adobe Stock’s official guidelines regarding trademarked logos and brand assets?   I want to make sure I follow the rules and avoid any copyright or trademark issues. I'm unable to submit my design to Adobe Stock, despite everything being fine with the vector file. Why is it not being submitted? How else can I submit it?

Hello,Payoneer has blocked my account, and I can't log in, and they won't help me open it.I've been using my Payoneer account for years when receiving payments through Adobe, but they've closed it for unknown reasons.Even though I stated that I could provide all the requested documents, I still did not receive any results or a solution.How can we trust Payoneer?Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?There is currently no other option I can use in Türkiye other than Payoneer.I'm waiting for help.
