Stock Contributors

Hi, I'm new here and uploaded my first images to Adobe Stock. Just a few hours later I noticed that 6x images were not accepted due to quality errors:  I admit that the skyline photo was taken from inside a window, which might be the reason, right? (reflections). About the buddha idk, maybe too dirty surface?! but that's the original state. Not sure about the rest ... 3x images were not approved due to copyright: Absolutely not sure why they got rejected. I just added keywords like Koh Phi Phi, Maya Bay (about the location etc.), but these words should be allowed, or not? All pictures are original files, not edited (I thought it's better to not edit them at all - for giving a real authentic impression). Can be uploading too many images in one day be a reason too? I'm happy about any feedback.  Thanks for your help!  Luminicae

Starting today, when I try to access the contributor's website, a message about the danger from my antivirus started appearing:'Connection to http://service.account.adobe.com has been blocked because the SSL certificate is not trusted. The Certification Authority has revoked certificate validity. Your connection may be now spied upon or you may be redirected to a fake site.' Has anyone encountered a similar problem? I would be grateful if someone could clarify the situation in more detail.

Hello Adobe Stock Team and Community,I recently submitted a photo that I personally captured using my own mobile phone. It’s a sunset view over green fields, taken in my local area.Unfortunately, the image was rejected with the reason “Similar image already exists.”I want to confirm that this photo is 100% original. I took it myself and did only basic adjustments (like color and clarity) before uploading. I haven’t uploaded it from any other account or shared it in any way that others could use it.Could someone please clarify why this happened? I’m having trouble accessing my Adobe Stock contributor account. When I try to log in, I receive the message: “New account creation is not available at this time.” My account was originally created while I was living in Russia, but I no longer reside there. I have since moved and currently live in Georgia (the country).Despite the login issue, I continue to receive emails notifying me that my photos are still being sold on the platform. This means the account is clearly active, but I cannot access it myself.Could you please advise me on what I can do to restore access or update my account location?

I am planning to manage two accounts on Adobe Stock, for which I have created two Payoneer accounts. I intend to operate both accounts on different devices. Currently, one of the accounts is active. My question is: Do I need to use separate Wi-Fi networks or IP addresses to run the second account, or is it possible to manage both accounts using the same device and IP address?  If using the same device and IP address is not advisable, what is the best approach to manage two accounts? Is the title/description as important as the image itself when submitting an Editorial image,  I have had a few knocked back whihc appear no different in style that others that havw got through,.  Eg.  "Polizei - German police van in Munich: Am I likely to get images rejects accepted if I resubmit with better titles?  e.g 2 Title: Polizei. - Swiss Police vans lined up in a row in Zurich - hi-viz orange stripes and blue lights on vehicles

How can this be too similar and not accepted?

Hi, I've been a contributor for a few years. At one point, I had a balance of $1, but I didn't see any updates from photo sales. This year, I joined an Adobe mission, was accepted, and received some payment. However, when I try to initiate a payout, the button doesn't turn blue even I have all the tax and thing. Do I need to wait for a download and the 45-day period, or is there another way? Thanks!

A double whammy. Even though I only have 15 assets in review and I upload anywhere from as few as three to 5 assets per day, my submit button is grayed out so I can no longer submit. Why? Because, I assume, so many of my assets have been rejected (wrongfully and unfairly in my strong opinion) because the assets were "too similar." Very frustrating. I'm wondering if the algorithm making this determination is also taking into account assets filling the database that have been unsold for months or even years? This seems very counter-productive if so.

Here is an example. The prompts are different only in the color variation part. I would like to know if it's ok. Thank you in advance 🙂

Hi,I'm a professional fine art photographer just getting into Adobe Stock photography. I've had more than half of my images rejected, and I understand the logic on a lot of them. Minor things that I am learning are issues (macro focus, etc). However, all of the attached images were rejected due to quality issues, and I would appreciate some guidance. Hello. Sometimes I come across this on the forum: Accounts of 3-year, 5-year or even 10-year participants can be suspended. There are those who say they have over 100,000 accepted entities. I don't quite understand this. In other words, I don't think it's possible that a person would work honestly and respect the rules for 10 years, then change their minds and resort to cheating and deceit after 10 years. Are they making a mistake without knowing and their accounts are being suspended? I don't think it's possible either, I think a 10-year participant knows the rules from A to Z. Am I wrong? Or, does Adobe sometimes make the wrong decisions when it comes to suspending accounts? Thank you.

It's not often that I am left speechless by Adobe but they have really hit the nail on the head with this. I have submitted some photos for Adobe Stock and they have either been rejected due to "Quality Issues" namely File ID: 1196706180 and File ID: 1196835355 or "Intellectual Property Refusal" namely File ID: 1196835074 or File ID: 1209400354. Regarding the Quality issues - It is in sharp focus, it is color corrected using Adobe Lightroom and it is in 8300 by 5864 so it is not small. Where is the problem.Then there is the Intellectual Property Refusal refusal of a skyline. It has been refused because its at night and its of Los Angeles. Yet I have just been on Adobe Stock and found an image for sale (not as clear quality) e.g Los Angeles night skyline in LA, California, USA Stock Photo | Adobe Stock Please help me understand because I cannot get my head around Adobe's 'quality control' Thank you Duncan

Uma foto minha não foi aceita por alegarem semelhança com uma outra. Uma é na praia onde aparece uma torre salva vidas e cercada por palmeiras. A outra é uma formação de montanhas com casas antigas em uma praça e uma cruz da igreja. Gostaria de saber onde foi encontrada a semelhança? Seria porque as duas são preta e branca?
