Substance 3D Assets and Community Assets

Hey, I want to download some Substance 3D assets that can be found in Adobe creative cloud under marketplace/3D section.Creative cloud is unreliable for downloading these large sbsar files, it's slow, often throws up error, and has unecesarry high CPU usage.Can I just download them through browser? I can't find these resources through marketplace in browser Please post answers that are straight to the point, I don't want any corporate answers how creative cloud is super cool and secure. Sbsar it's just a 7zip file in reality

As a user I'm expecting it to take me to subscription options for accessing this kind of downloadable content.Using MAC OS, Sequoia 15.5 in Safari. This occurs on content (materials/models/lights) that I have not previously downloaded as those assets I can download without issue. Thanks! 

Hi, I'm trying to locate one of the older Substance Signature Series collections by Enrico Tammekänd, but I can't seem to find it in Adobe's Substance 3D library. Has it been removed or relocated? Any help would be appreciated!https://www.artstation.com/artwork/W2ZLEJ

I've logged in into my Adobe account after a while and found out that all my 500+ points disappeared. As I learned, now you need a subscription to download any assets. But Adobe doesn't sell subscription in my region. So my earned points just has been taken from me and I can't purchase a subscription to continue use a library. The whole point of that system was that you could save up points and continue to use assets library long after you cancel a subscription for whatever reason. This was the main reason I had a subscription in a first place, because I had a several perpetual licenses of my Substance products and didn't need it at all excpet for assets. Also I didn't get any emails that would warn me about that change in advance. Trully great customer experience. 

I downloaded assets from Adobe Substance 3d for a project I am working on. I am having an issue with the 3D models that have different versions more specifically. When I tried to bring in the Billboard Gantry 01 and the Billboard Gantry 04 into Autodesk Maya meshes from 02 move to 04. This seems to be happening on all of the variation objects does anyone have any tips to fix this?

I have a free educational license.  I want to access the paid assets.  I can't.  I tried to upgrade my account by paying the subscription fee. It won't allow me to, as it will only allow me to purchase an educational version which it says i already have.  So is there no way access these on a student account? and please don't suggest contact your IT dept...

I logged in to https://substance3d.adobe.com/ today and all my accrued points have dissappeared and I see a "No more point limits" announcement. How can I get my accrued points back?

I had over 300 substance source points before point limits were removed.Is there something other then usual "fu" that adobe can offer me?I paid for content i am unable to access now. I cant download anything becuase it says "subscribe". Well i did, i acumulated points and i want to use them.300 points with 25 per month is like a year of subscription. 

Hello,I accidentally uploaded a 3D model to the Substance 3D Community Assets platform that I do not own.The file is called "englishbulldog by alexlashko freesample".I intended to use it privately for texturing in Substance Painter, not to share it publicly. The model is licensed under Creative Commons (CC BY) and belongs to the creator Alexlashko, but I didn’t provide full attribution and do not want to violate any terms.Please remove this asset from my uploads or advise me on how I can remove it immediately.Thank you and sorry for the mistake.

Hello,I just download a substance material SBSAR from Adobe Asset, I'm using the last Substance Designer version on Windows.I cannot use the material once opened, it looks like locked. Whenever I try to download assets, this error code pops up. I have a student account, so I don't know who to contact to have this fixed. If anyone knows what to do, please let me know.

I have a Substance 3D Texturing subscription but i can't download assets. I get directed to the subsciption page. I allready logged out and in again, but i still can't download any asset. What i am doing wrong? Best regardsAsta

I’m having trouble with Adobe Substance 3D and could use some help. I have two Adobe profiles: a personal one and a business one. My Substance 3D Collection app license is tied to my personal profile, but when I log into https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets/, it defaults to my business profile. I can’t seem to switch to my personal profile to download assets, even though that’s where my license lives.Am I missing a step somewhere? I’ve tried logging out and back in with “Login with Adobe,” but it keeps picking the business account.

I cant belive it, but I hadnt used my source account in a few years.  Anyhow I went to login and get some of my already paid for materials now that megascans is paid on fab.  To my suprise everything I paid for is gone.  Having done some more research, there was an oportunity to "transfer" assets and points.   I thought this had already happened years ago when Adobe took over. Im quite upset as I had thousands of unspent points and probably 50-100 already purchaced assets that were supposed to be avalible for an indefinite period of time. Is there anything I can do at this point to retrieve the assets ive already purchaced?

Hello, I am an old user of substance that no longer needs the software or subscription for it, but was pretty happy having my accrued asset points over many years available to get assets as I needed.  Now with the new "no-metered" change I have lost all of that and must subscribe in order to get new assets ( or any assets even ones I "have" it seems).  I get the move toward this sort of thing, but it feels pretty short sighted to leave those who thought they had these points to rely on out of luck with no warning from what I can see ( i don't have any emails regarding this upcoming shift from what i can find searching in my inbox).  I would appreciate some kind of outreach to those like my self in this position, whether it is a free handful of months to the whole package, or some kind of assets only subscription?
