Corner Pin Tracking Twisting Problem After Effects

@So I'm trying to track a video onto a screen, but every time, I do, I get this:

I need to know what's wrong. Please. I've been scouring the Internet, looking at tutorials, but nothing seems to work. I've been at this for 12 hours and 45 minutes now, please, I need help.

@PCM Productions I know it's been years but did you find a solution? I'm having the exact same problem and it's driving me insane, and I'm not using any masks as @PCM Productions mentioned. I've even tried with a new project from scratch and followed the same steps of all tutorials and it glitches the same way as yours:

UPDATE: I found the solution as I was writing this post. It glitches if you track a scaled Motion Source video. Don't change the size of the source video and it wont't glitch. At

I think the main problem is that you have tracked the mask not the source footage. Select the Source Footage and go to Animation > Track Motion. In the Tracker Panel select Perspective in the Track Type and place the Tracker points in the correct area. Once analyzed, select the Target Layer clicking on the Edit Target button and click Apply.

Anyway, is it a lot better option to use Mocha AE to track the footage. The same procedure: Animation < Track In Mocha / Track in BorisFX Mocha. Check this tutorial on the latest version of Mocha https://borisfx.com/videos/mocha-pro-2019-5-new-ae-power-pin-export-option/

There are other useful videos on the borisfx.com website to learn Mocha.
