When I import PNG sequence from Character Animator into AFTER EFFECTS the animation is too fast

Community Beginner ,

Hello!

I followed all the instructions and tutorials, I want to import a sequence of PNG and audio (from Character animator)  and I don't find this option Character Animator Recording.jsx. is not there anymore, and I have the latest version of after effects.

I also tried to import the sequence choosing other option, but then the audio and the animation aren't synchronized and also the animation is too fast. Why is this happening?

Here a screenshot of my computer *sorry it is in Spanish.

Should I change the frames per second? Where is the problem coming from? Character animator? Should I select other options from there?

Thank you!

Did you figure this out?  I think I've been having the same problem.  Everything was working fine (as much as you can say that for this program), then all of a sudden my PNG/WAV exports do not sync up in After Effects, the best I can tell is that upon export it's removing the frames where no visomes are populating, the empty space between spoken words.  So it's mashing all of the mouth syncing together.

Oh and also I try to alternatively export though media encoder and it says I need to install media encoder........and its already installed, So there's that., so the ONLY thing I would use this program for is absolutely impossible, not because of features that don't exist, but due to bad implementation of syncing/coding, and it's not even beta anymore.  ugh.  Right when I think I can use it, it renders itself incapable of yielding actual usable results.

Ok, first off.  I'm really dumb.  Problem one was fixed because of the different frame rate of the character animator comp and the after effects comp.  Second problem was fixed by installing both new versions, working now.  Apologies to the Adobe Support Staff.  Although I would like to comment that the voice syncing could be a bit better, but manually editing works, only thing that would improve it, is a more coherent way to insert visemes when manually correcting it, sometimes it attaches to the viseme on the left, sometimes to the right, sometime in the middle, not sure how the program is assigning it's location.
