When I run Adobe Creative Cloud, it gets to 2% and then displays this message: "Creative Cloud desktop failed to update(Error code:1002) Get Help."

Clicking Get Help only brings me to this generic help page:

Clicking Cancel gets me this, and if I click Quit or Install Now, the whole process starts all over again:
