How to put overlay images on top of each other? :(

Hi Chaps,

Im very new to PS ect... but have a little question and some help in a couple of basic edits

So hoping some of your wizards can help me out? 

I basically have a logo design (png) and would simply like to put the image on to a picture (jpeg) of a hooded top, BUT would like the cords of the hooded top to be onto of the logo, if thats makes sense? I can put the image on the top no problem, but cant figure out how to layer it to be under the cords.

Anyone know an easy way to do it? Ive watched a few Youtube vides of how to put text behind images, but cant work it out ha ha

Any help would be great, many Thanks

    Thanks for the quick replies yes thats is 100% what I am trying to do, but Im a completer newbie with PS, but I will try and see if I can follow your along with your help, Thanks

    Theoretically you can create a layer mask that hides the cord/string. 

    One of the best way to learn how to create overlays on clothing or other objects is checking out the FREE downloadable templates that people have created.

    Here are some Hoodie/Sweatshirt Mock-Ups that you can learn with....

    When you view these, you can break down how they did.  You can discover the tricks they used on layers to place images on shirts or like I said other objects.  Plus, once you see how they did... they you can do it like a PRO!

    Or you can even dive into a live tutorial video on YouTube.

    Hi

    Is this what you taking about with the logo underneath the cord

    On the Hooded layer make a selection of the cords and then select the logo layer and then just ALT click on the add layer mask icon
