Проблема с новым аккаунтом.

Будучи не авторизированным в какой-либо аккаунт, я оформил пробную подписку на Premiere Pro, указав почту<email removed-kglad>

Далее я должен создать пароль для аккаунта Adobe и начать работу в Creative Cloud. Я ввожу полученный на почту код подтверждения, но внезапно появляется непонятная ошибка с просьбой попробовать ещё раз. Я попробовал ещё несколько раз с тем же результатом, теперь мой аккаунт временно заблокирован за неудачные попытки входа и дальнейшие попытки приведут к блокировке на более длительный срок. Как это вообще понимать? Что за глупость? Мне нужно приступить к работе с Premiere Pro, но не успел я создать аккаунт, подвязав к нему свою банковскую карту, как мой аккаунт блокируется из-за непонятных ошибок сервера...

ok, so I tried it again in Google Chrome and it worked properly. Looks like Microsoft Edge is the only problem here, as it was when I tried to create a Steam account and also had a non-context senseless mistake with no explanation...

for others, it's not a browser issue per se. it's the browser settings and add-ons that can cause problems (most commonly by blocking popups and disabling javascript).

 

using a mobile phone browser is the most likely to succeed if you have more than one mac/win browser fail because they are less likely to have customized settings and addons.

what's the error message that you do not understand?
