Adobe charged me even I cancelled my trial AI plan

I registered for trial on Ilustrator and after while I canceled my plan due to technical obstacles - my OS is too old to run software. Today I see my bank acount and see they charged me for first month. Their web interface is also tricky not sending you confirmation, but I remember that I did cancelation correctly. Such practice makes me feel really sick. Ondrej

If you cancelled correctly, you got an e-mail about that. If not, you got a mail that your subscription starts now. Check your spam folder.

After contacting support they acknowledged my complain and returned money recently. Seems troubles might be caused unintentionally due to immature web interface. I recommend check trial cancellation in next days and make screenshot as evidence for future complains.

Normally, you can check in the hour. Adobe customer support normally handles this gracefully. There is no reason to want to keep adamantly a dissatisfied customer.
