Cant access purchased apps

I made a purchase on my Adobe account for Substance 3D Texturing, but the apps are still locked. The money was taken out of my bank account and showing in my invoices on my Adobe account but I still cant access the apps. Ive waited over 8 hours and I still cant access them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

It doesnt show the Substance 3D Texturing plan in there, it only shows the Creative Clouds apps like Photoshop, Illustrator, etc. When I go to Orders and Invoices though, it shows it was purchased in there. The purchase went through but the plan is not showing on my account.

did you order from adobe.com or an app store or elsewhere?

I dont know what to do at this point. Money was taken out of my account for the purchase of Adobe Substance 3D Texturing and yet I still cant access the apps. I was origionally told to wait 1-2 hours and it will work. I waited 8 hours and it is still locked. I made a purchase and got nothing for it. They wont refund until it "goes through". The purchase it showing on my Adobe account invoices and the money was taken from my bank account. Ive purchased other apps on the adobe suite and I get instant access to them, yet now I cant use them. I need to use them for work and I dont know what next steps to take as the online chat representatives are not helping and continuing to tell me to wait. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
