Charged ₹1915 During FREE Trial — Adobe Denies Receiving Payment — e-Mandate Still Active! Need Imm

Hello Adobe Community,

I am facing a serious issue that needs urgent attention.

I signed up for the Adobe All Apps 100GB Annual Plan (billed monthly) and started the free trial. I canceled the subscription on the very first day to avoid any charges. Despite this, my SBI debit card was charged ₹1915.14 on 20 May 2025.

When I contacted Adobe Support, shockingly, they claim they never received this payment and told me to check with my bank. But my bank confirms that an e-mandate linked to Adobe is still active on my card ending 2747, meaning they can continue charging me!

This is unacceptable.

  • Why was I charged during a FREE trial?

  • Why is Adobe denying the payment when my bank statement clearly shows the deduction?

  • How do I get a full refund immediately?

  • How do I cancel this e-mandate so no more money is taken without my consent?

I am worried about being charged again without authorization. This situation is causing serious distress and loss of trust.

If anyone has faced this or knows how to force Adobe to refund and stop the mandate, please help me urgently.

Adobe, please respond here and fix this NOW.

I understand the situation and I got the refund today.


I firstly called Adobe Customer Care and told about my problem.

They responded by saying there has been no deduction because it was during the free trial. I didn't know what to do.I called above adobe several times and said such a thing can never happen and if such a deduction happened I will receive it within 24 to 48 hours. I didn't get it within that time, so then I finally thought of raising a dispute in my bank. Then I thought before going to the bank I thought of posting my issue here to see if anyone had the same problem. So I made a post here, saying about my issue and Adobe team contacted me. I chatted with their agents online and they made a case. First they didn't believe me then I sent an official proof of my account statement along with the deduction and sms I received with the e mandate. I constantly pressured them and they escalated the case to the higher management team and when I showed proof of deduction along with the transaction ID, they made another case and gave me an apology and assured me that I would get it within 5 to 7 business days. But after waiting for 2 days I got the refund just today. I was going to update you guys when you suddenly messaged here

I need help, I was signing up for CC for 7 days free trial on 22 may 2025, I got free trial but was charged immediately and money is already gone from my bank account, i have already cancelled the free trial, and also contacted adobe support multiple times, they say I was not charged and the charge is something else, and payment doesn't even show up in Adobe billing. what to do, i don't understand. 

 

free trial said I will be charged on 30may2025 but this happened, 

 

did this happen to anyone else, did you get refund, how does this process work.

 

can some tell will I even get refund, how much time it will take?

Yes I talked And they admitted it as a technical problem which affected many people and they said that they would refund it to me the full Amount within 5 to 7 business days.
