Hello,
I forgot to cancel my membership last month and was charged but the chat bot already resolved this for me and got me a refund. But then I was again charged for 63$ the same day. I tried talking to the AI but it doesn't understand my question and won't let me connect to an agent because I don't have an active membership.
I attached a picture of the refunds and charges

I just talked to the agent and hes asking me for the fist 6 and last 4 digits of my credit card? is this normal I have never seen this happen?
