InDesign won't open but tells me I need to purchase

I had my Mac Mini in the shop for replacement of the I/O wall and the logic board. When I try to open InDesign or Photoshop CreativeCloud and my account are telling me I need to purchase/subscribe. I've already done that and my payments are up to date. What do I need to know or do to fi this issue? This is a business computer so I really can't be without my apps for very long.

You won't need to reinstall the application if the problem is of the license not being picked up correctly. Try the following

Agreed. It may be a simple as signing in under the Help Menu/Manage My Account. SInce you don't want to keep an authorization on your "old" logic board, you should be able to deauthorize it from your online Adobe Account if it doesn't give you a warning to do so in the app itself.

My guess is, Since the logic board has been replaced, Adobe's check system will see it as a different computer. You may need to reinstall/reauthorize your install on the 'new' board.

Thanks. Am I going to need to uninstall and reinstall? What is the process
to reauthorize my software?

try @Manan Joshi's fix first.  it has little chance of working, but it's easy to sign out and then back in to your cc desktop app,  http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html

you're probably going to need a reinstall:

uninstall every cc app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, using the correct uninstaller, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

clean your license data per https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud

if you're unable to download the cc desktop app at this stage, use the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials
