So I was looking at photoshop but I forgot I already used my free trial so I exited out but about a week later I was charged for photoshop and “adobe stock” which I never even looked at but when I checked my adobe account it said I had no active plans and neither show up in my billing history and when I checked my photoshop it said I didnt even have an active subscription and I cant find the section to refund anywhere even when it clearly say I can refund if its within 14 days

My newly purchased Photoshop Elements 2026 is not working, and I believe the issue may be due to my system’s processor not meeting the required specifications. I have an Apple iMac with an Intel Core i5 processor. I have tried reinstalling the application several times, but it still does not function properly. Unfortunately, I did not verify compatibility before purchasing earlier today. I would like to kindly request a refund. My order number is [Moved to Notes]. 

Hello guys, so i just wanted to ask, can you find which of my account still charge and auto pay from my bank? it always auto pay from my bank for a year or maybe more but on my account there's no active plans , so i just want it to stop, please. Thankyou i hope anyone can help me with this one.

I am updating my Payment info, and inspite of getting Payment updated successful notification, I am still seeing Billing or Payment Issue. How to resolve this? 

Hello. I'm from Brazil and it's impossible to communicate directly with Adobe. I'm trying to resolve a problem with my current Creative Cloud Pro plan. I'm a student, but the price I'm paying isn't the student rate, and I can't change my plan to pay less. Could someone please help me? 

Hi, I have cancelled my plan on the adobe subscription well before the deadline. However,  I received an email that the payment failed wherein they are charging me to my account despite the deletion of the subscription. I will provide the screenshots of it through the email which I would assume that it was already a sign of cancellation of adobe subscription as well as the recent email on the payment failed.The first picture stated that they have processed my cancellation for Adobe. However, I have received today through email that there is a billing issue on my account despite the fact that I have cancelled the subscription for about a week ago. Thank you  

After I received this cancellation on 16th I still got debited today 26th 

 I did not intentionally subscribe to Adobe Stock, and I want to cancel my subscription immediately without any fees.The virtual assistant is not helping me and only provides a link with a 188 € cancellation fee.Please advise how I can cancel my subscription without charges.

I cancelled my Adobe Illustrator free trial before the trial period ended, and I even received a cancellation confirmation email (screenshot attached). However, despite this cancellation, my account was charged on 4 September. Could you please help me resolve this issue and get a refund?I have proof of the cancellation email, so I believe this payment was made in error. Thank you for your assistance. Best regards,

 So I've cancelled my 2 plans, which are free trials on March 23rd, 2026, because I can't afford them. And I have emails confirming my cancellation. Today I received notice emails of failed billing on my account for those exact 2 plans that I've cancelled. They probably failed because my bank account can't afford them. So why am I still being charged? I can't afford them. Please help @AdobeEmployee.Below is the screenshots of today (24th March) notice of failed billing and the 23rd cancelling confirm email

I changed my plan to Photoshop only before I was supposed to be billed the entire $69.99 for the multiple apps but I ended up being charged both the $69.99 AND the $22.99 for Photoshop alone. Please refund the $69.99 and please make sure I will be charged for Photoshop only moving forward. Thanks 

Ik had een proefabonnement Acrobat Pro afgesloten en dat werd (zonder vooraankondiging) omgezet in een gewoon abonnement. Wel veel duurder dan op de website staat. € 36,29 in plaats van € 24,19.Toen ik daar achterkwam (beetje laat gezien op mijn creditcard afschrift) heb ik via de chat contact opgenomen. Die persoon zou me een transcript van de chat sturen maar dat is niet gebeurd. Niets ontvangen, ook niet in de spam. Abonnement zou omgezet worden, nieuwe prijs € 23,99. Maar wat niet verteld werd en waar ik later achter kwam is dat hier nog btw bij komt. Bovendien heeft die persoon er een bedrijfsaccount van gemaakt. Wist ik niet en wil ik niet. En er zou een restitutie komen voor de periode december-maart van globaal € 25 als ik het me goed herinner. Dat is te weinig. Zou minstens € 36 moeten zijn. Maar allà daar kan ik mee leven. Alleen is die restitutie nooit betaald aan mij. En nou heb ik vandaag weer contact gehad hierover maar ik ben bang dat het weer niet goed gaat als ik zo na

I’m not getting a good help from the AI customer support so maybe I will be assisted here.I checked my account with Adobe to cancel my subscription a day before my free trial ends. It showed me only 1 subscription which the AI Assistant for Acrobat. Now I was charged for a different subscription for Adobe Acrobat Pro. If this was display together with the other this could have been avoided. I want a refund for this other subscription please. Adobe was not being transparent when I checked my the account yesterday.

I paid for the AI program yesterday. But the money is paid twice and the program does not run. I want all payment refunds.

Is there still no way to completely remove my credit card details form the adobe database?? The only option I had was to edit it, or to add a new one - No option to remove it entirely.

I have a monthly charge of $36.90 from Adobe that has been being taken out since August?! I wish I would've seen it sooner to get it stopped. I have checked under every email I have and I have no subscription to any plans. No email transaction receipts.. nothing! Trying to get customer service with Adobe is ridiculous! No email for support?!  And the AI chat is not helpful whatsoever. 

 I see that payments other than my Creative Cloud membership fee have been deducted from my bank account. These payments were made by Adobe Saggart without my knowledge.
