Able to install Creative cloud apps but not Acrobat DC

Hey Adobe community.

I've got a odd issue.

Firstly, I've got licences allocated to me for creative cloud and Acrobat DC.

Now I've installed creative cloud, and signed in.

I am able to install any creative cloud application without any issues.

However when I try to install Acrobat DC it fails, with the following error.

I have no idea why this is happening, considering I can install other apps without any issues.

Any help would be great.

install the cc desktop app from here https://creative.adobe.com/products/creative-cloud and use it to install your adobe subscription and trial programs.

if you did that and still see that error, confirm that you can connect to the secure adobe servers by reading, http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/activation-network-issues.html

do you see both logos?

if you can and still see a connection error, white list the adobe network endpoints, https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html

HI kglad​ Downloaded the creative cloud as suggested and installed it.

Well, it seems to be installing now, so that's great

Now I've got one more question. Does this version of creative cloud contain Remote Update Manager (RUM)?
