Adobe AI Assistant stuck - unable to extract information from PDF files

I have been using AI Assitant for which I paid  for some time, but recently it has stopped working. It gets stuck while answering some queries. I have cancelled and retried with the same result. Sometimes, it reports a problem and asks to retry with the same result. 
It happens with different documents .

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience!

 

Would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error you see when trying to AI assistant. We are working on bettering the AI Assistant Summary feature, and such feedback will help us improve it better.

 

Also, a sample file or a screen recording video of the event you see would be helpful.

Many thanks for your response and apologies for the delay in responding.

I also had an online chat with an Adobe person on this matter.
I find this problem with some documents - not with all. But it is annoying if you cannot query a document when you need it.  I shall attach the same document I had problems with - What workers in .....
Today, I asked it to prepare a table. It took too long and then I set a simpler task - What are the main conclusions of the study? . For two hours, it was working on it with no result.  I have attached a screen shot of the two queries.
