I noticed that many posts begin with "Betreff", which means "reference" in German, but I see this when my language preference is set to English and when searching in English on Google. Nothing against German, just curious.

"Betreff:" is the German equivalent of "Re:" in English. When someone replies by email from a German-speaking country it adds this to their message and the Adobe forums system does not seem to know how to filter it out, so it gets added to the subject line.
