Stream video file from Creative Cloud (Not embed a 24 MB file IN the PDF)

Greetings:  Using Acrobat DC Pro, I was able to create a window and play a video clip stored in my Creative Cloud.  However, when I opened up the edited PDF, it Downloaded the whole video file before opening it in Adobe Reader.  I would like to embed a streaming version of the clip.  And I hope it can be viewed publicly by the recipients.  Did I miss a step when I used the Rich Media tool to create it the first time?  It seemed so simple...

Thanks any advice!

Norm

It is simple.

You have to enter a link to a server that can stream the video. You embedded the video when you created the file. The fact that it was hosted in the Creative Cloud is incidental.

When you create the video annotation, use something like the URL below in the "file" input box. The URL needs to end in the video file itself. If you hit "Choose" your selection gets embedded regardless of the source. The Creative Cloud doesn't allow for direct links to the video so hosting it there isn't going to work for you.
