You posted to Acrobat Reader Mobile (beta). Are you using the Beta version of Acrobat Reader for Mobile? If not, please tell us what version you are using so we can move your post.

 

Acobat does not have translation. You can hire a translator or try an online translation service. It's best to do this in the source document, then make a new PDF.
