My Adobe acrobat on my iPad is acting as if its possessed...I know it's Halloween but this is ridiculous! If it does let me in for a few seconds, as soon as I try to compress a pdf file (which I have never had a problem with before) it crashes again. Please can anyone suggest how I can fix this?

Hello @Traci26891655dssh
I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the issue you're experiencing.
As per my understanding, your application is crashing on the iPad.
For the resolution, could you please try these steps: -
1. Try to clear the cache of the application.
2. Update the application.
3. Sign out and sign in back.
4. Update your device.
Please uninstall and reinstall the Acrobat Reader mobile application if this does not fix the issue.
Note: - Uninstalling the Acrobat Reader mobile application may delete the existing files on your mobile application, so make sure you create a backup on cloud storage or any external storage device before the uninstallation.
If the issue persists, Could you please help me with a few details:
1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile;
2. OS version of your iPad;
3. A screen recording of the happening situation for better understanding.
4. Send crash report to Adobe.
To know how to send a crash report, refer to: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/settings.html#send-crash-reports-to-adobe.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Krutikka
