Por que me pusieron pago reembolsado y no me regresaron mi dinero... eso es fraude .. el día 15 lo marcaron como reembolso pero no me regresaron nada eO es fraude y exijo mi reembolso

The Google team handles the refund process for Android. If they have initiated the refund for you, I suggest checking with your bank to see if a refund has been settled on your account. 

It normally takes about 5-7 business days for the amount to settle on your account.
