How do I convert a pdf document to a word document

Hey Thomashoward,

We have checked your account, and found that you are a subscriber of Adobe PDF Pack. To Export a pdf file to word format, you can first refer to the steps suggested below-

1- PDF Pack is an online service that you can use online via: Adobe Document Cloud

2- You can also use the services through free desktop version of Adobe Acrobat  Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

3- “Sign In” using the email (Adobe ID) under which you have subscription registered.

4- For detailed description of how to use the PDF Pack service, you may refer to-  How to Use Adobe PDF Pack

You may refer to the following link for any troubleshooting: Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

Let us know if it still doesn't work.

I have an Adobe pro account and have been able to convert a PDF to a word. Today this function was not available and I have checked all Internet connections and they are working ok - why can I not do this. Ther conversion function is the main reason I subscribe

Please let us know if you can still not export PDF to Word. We did check the service, and it seems to be working fine.

Are you exporting PDFs on Acrobat online account or the desktop application?

If you get any error messages, share them with us.
