Authoring page appears even if the sender unchecks the Preview checkbox

Description:

Authoring page appears even if the sender unchecks the Preview checkbox while sending  an agreement.

Steps to reproduce:

Choose a file

Select a destination Folder

On the Send Page add a recipient and attach a document

Uncheck the Preview checkbox

Send the agreement.

Authoring( Preview) page appears.

Result:

Authoring page appears

Expected:

The Agreement should be sent without Authoring Page appearing.
