Change E-sign sender name to company name - Don't want to see "(last name) household" as sender

When sending a document to be signed via e-sign, the sender info has "(my last name) household" as the sender.  How do I change this to my company's name?

If you wish to change the name that appears as the sender, you must change the profile name on your Adobe account.

I had a similar issue. If you go to menu, preferences and identity, you should be able to enter what information you would like it to say.
