Change E-sign sender name to company name - Don't want to see "(last name) household" as sender

I had a similar issue. If you go to menu, preferences and identity, you should be able to enter what information you would like it to say.

If you wish to change the name that appears as the sender, you must change the profile name on your Adobe account.
