Hi

We need to find a way to send same agreement to several signers and receive one format signed by each individual using Adobe Sign.

the flow shall include 3 participants among the sender. The set of users to sing individualy shall be included as Participant 1 and all individual forms should go to participant 2 and then to participant 3 in this order.

I've tried to send in bulk but cannot find the way to add more than one signer in order.

can you help me? Thank you

Hello Belen,

I hope you are doing well. You want to share files with different users to sign up at various locations.

If you want to add multiple signers to a single document, you can follow the below steps:

You can create a form in Acrobat and add text fields with the signer specified for the areas and the order they are needed to sign.

This is how you can add text fields and add the signee details and their e-mail addresses where they need to sign. Once that is done, you can click on the bottom right that says Request e-signatures.

On this page, you need to click on more options. Once on the more options box, you need to keep the option enabled that says complete in exact order.

Once that is done, you can specify where the signers need to sign and share the same for signatures.

You can learn more here: Get others to sign a document (adobe.com)

If you want to receive an individual copy after each signer signs, click here to know more:

[* Please note. This feature is available only in Business and Enterprise license models*]

Hope this answers your question.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hi

Thanks for  the quick answer.

I thin maybe I didn't explain correctly what are the needs of the flow we need to create.

I've already create a template and add the appropiate features and parameters to each field, asingning participants and signatures. The format requiere 3 signatures: participant 1 (trainee who completes the mandatory field in the form and sign), participant 2 and participant 3 who only signs the format. Participant 1 changes in every agreement and participant 2 and 3 remains the same. And we need to keep the order of signature (p1 before p2 and p3; and P3 as final signatory seing the previous signatures)

Currently we are sending the format trainee by trainee, but it takes to long. We would like to find the way to create a flow where can add several emails for "participant 1", 1 email for participant2 and 1 for participant3. And in return obtain one individual format signed for each Participant at level 1.

I create a flow to test with parpallel signatories at level 1, one signatory at leve 2 and one signatory at level 3. However, when send to test with some colleagues we found the that any of the signatories at level 1 can sign the format and see the signatures of others.

Hope this helps to understand which is the problem.

Thank you

I think I understand as I have the same issue. Basically want to use bulk send due to multiple recipients; once a recipient signs their document, it then requires 2 additional signatures (similar to participant 2, participant 3 in a single signer send). Can't find a way to do this!
