Is it possible to create a mail merge pdf document for several vendors (each with their own unique values) for them to individually e-sign?
I have my letter and data created in Excel & Word, Then I want to create this data into a Mail merge (through word) and then saved as a PDF.
I would like each PDF mail merged document to have their signature / title / name fields as e-sign fields. Is this possible? How do I setup my document so this happends without me having to go an in and edit each PDF document.

Hi. I've just tried to use the megasign feature from .csv file however my data into not merge into my PDF.
I need for individual rows with each customers respective info to merge into my actual pdf document. Then the document will be emailed to each customer for them to sign their respective copy (which includes all of their individual contract details).
The overall contract word document is the same, but their individual values from the csv file are different.
Any ideas?
I need to send out 30 contracts and really dont want to have to send them all out invidividually.

I have the same query. Lots of individuals selling their scripts to solve this problem. Is there a genuine Adobe automated solution to this?
1. Create a mail merge for individual recipients with Adobe signor fields in the document for recipients to esign. 2. Batch email documents to individaul recipients for esigning their personilised merge doc.

Did you ever get a solution to your requirement? I have a similar requirement. I would like to achieve something like what Autocrat can do with Google sheets regarding mail merge, however I would like to have these PDF attachments being recieved as requesting e-sign from the recipients
