Problem Sign-Signatur all Signatures are Copys ! How to place by ex. 4 Signatures and all must be sign separately !

Hello, I'm from Germany, and sorry for my bad english first.

My Problem is, that when I place by example 4 or 5 Signatures in one dokument ..... and send it to a person...then when the person has made the first

signature and goes to the next signature....then there was a copy of the first signature in the field.

How it works, that the customer must sign every Signature-field  persernally?! I don't want, that in all fields are the same signature was! (I know, that when the person goes to the field, than he can change the signature, but I want that he must write the signature in all fields!

Hi Sven,

This is actually achievable using Adobe Sign's capabilities. Here is a step by step process that will help you achieve what you want:

1. Add 4 signers on the send page (i am assuming you would want to have the signatures in the order of mails you entered)

2. Attach file to be signed by all the 4 signers.

3. Make sure 'Preview, position signatures and add form fields' checkbox is checked

4. Add 4 signature fields (1 each for different senders)

5. Right click on the 2nd signature field and edit.

6. Select Role as "E-sign by <2nd email> user"

7. Add a condition Show this field when All of the following condition(s) are true: Signature 1 is Signed.

This will make sure that 2nd user only gets to see the signature field he is ought to see and not signature 1 field.

8. Repeat step for signature fields 3 and 4 and add conditions to make sure the field is shown only when all the previous signature fields are signed. (you will have to add multiple conditions in the Condition block)

Hallo Sameer Puri,

Sorry, but thats not what I want to know!

If I put in one document like a contract... 4 or 5 Signature_fields.... And

one person

Has to sign 4th in same document!

My Problem is that after the person sign the first Signature (biometric)

handwriten and goes to the second signature_field then the Programm makes

outomatecly same biometric signature from first signature_field!

Same by third and fourth signature_field.

Only when he goes again on that field, he can push cleare and make a New

biometric signature.

What I want is that he must write in every signature_field a new

Biometric signature.... Without outomatecly filled out.....

Without put the Coppy of the First signature in the signature_field 2,3 and

4

When the person click on the signature_fields.

I don't know how I Add this.... Can you help me again?

Hi Sven,

That is not possible to do in Adobe Sign.. It is designed in a way that requires every person to have a unique signature (similar to what a real-life scenario where one person has a unique signature but same signature is used everywhere.

Even if you go and clear 2nd, 3rd or 4th signature field and change the biometric signature, the new changed signature will be copied in all the 4 places.
