Adobe Express audio cuts off at end

Hello!

My students created video files of their presentations (we used "video" on Express -- not "presentation" option). 

The imported screen shots of their slides (from Google Slides) and recorded their narration for each slide.

After publishing their videos, in every one of them, the video ends and cuts off the narration of probably about 10-15 seconds of the slide.

Does anyone know why?  Could it be because I had them delete the "Credits" and "Outro" slides?  Or is it a file size issue?

I searched online and could not find an answer for Adobe Express specifically.

Thanks for bringing this to our notice; we are sorry for the trouble, as this shouldn't happen. We were able to replicate this issue on our end and will be sharing this with the engineering team. We'll keep you posted once we hear from the team.

Also, I'd like to inform you that deleting the 'Outro' and 'Credit' slide doesn't hamper the narration

July 2024 - This issue is still not resolved.  The indivudal audio will not complete during video scenes.

This is not fixed. I uploaded a 4 min. MP3 soundtrack and it cuts off at 3:21. Terrible.

Hey @user10103367, Welcome to our Adobe Express Community! This shouldn't be happening. Can you share the project ID with us via community DM so we can investigate this? You can do so by clicking https://adobe.ly/44kh7Eh and adding our username. 

We'd also need edit access to the project, which we'll request for from our test ID once you share the project ID (URL)

I'm having this same issue, and have tried several workarounds, but all have failed.

Three years later and this still hasn't been solved?  At this point, I'd rather have you remove the audio feature until you can actually get it to work properly!

Still going on in September 2025, I can't believe this issue hasn't been fixed. All of my recent projects have had their audio cut at the 24 second mark and they are only 50 seconds long. I've tried extending the timeline and everything and it doesn't work. Mabye gives a second or two more audio but that doesn't cut it.

I'm having the same issue now, my video is 15 seconds and the sound cuts out at 11 seconds. Everything is perfectly set up

Please provide us with the project URL so we can investigate the issue. We'd need edit access to it. You can share it via community DM, and we'd then request access to it via our test account.

Also, can you confirm whether the issue is only present in the exported file, or do you encounter it while playing back in the Editor?

The music only cuts off when downloaded. I used a 15 second audio file, I noticed when I used a longer audio file it did not cut off at the end. But I need the music to loop so would love to ghet this issue fixed.
