Adobe Express download stuck at 90%

Hello, I'm trying to download images from Express and the download will quickly progress to 90% and then get stuck and will never download. There's no error message. 

These are images created from 'text to image'. I thought it might be due to being out of generative credits but my plan should allow 1000?

I have tried multiple files which all have the same problem and have tried clearing cache and restarting browser.

All these idiotic employees say is sorry for the frustration, than you for sharing. Clearly this is an issue been going for years! They ask you exorbitant fees for their nonsense software, yet they can't fix it. Who has an hour to wait for a simple, one page, low graphic pdf to download... 

All these losers do is stall and really provide no answers or solutions.
