Adobe Express link 404'd

Community Beginner ,
Feb 17, 2025 Feb 17, 2025

My link to Adobe Express for some reason is 404'd. It was working a few weeks ago and now it just doesn't work anymore. I need this to work, as it is part of my grade in in college and I can't simply just "do it again."

I'm not using an app, Adobe Express is browser based.
Steps to reproduce the issue are click on the link.

Expected result = it works.

Actual result = it's 404'd abd bricked.

Unpublishing and republishing didn't work. What did work was duplicating the project and then publishing the duplicate.

Hi

@steven_4397

Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?

Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards,

Tarun

I have tried on multiple browsers, and it's not just on my end, others also are not able to view it. The link is broken for the, as well.

It worked before, and other peopls links still work, it just seems to be that mine no longer works, and is 404d

Thanks for your response

@steven_4397

,

Could you please let us know if you're on VPN? If yes, try to open Adobe Express without using a VPN. Which operating system you're using? Also, try turning off the ad-blockers, if they are active on your browser.

Regards,

Tarun

Nope, no VPN. I am on windows 11. No adblockers, have tried several browsers, and different computers. It is not only affecting me. It is simply a broken link for everyone.

Does it work for you?

Hi, @steven_4397. Thanks for responding! The link you've shared is to a webpage made in Adobe Express, which seems to be unpublished, hence the 404 error.

If you're trying to access the Adobe Express app, try: https://new.express.adobe.com/

If you're trying to access the webpage, you may need to go to https://new.express.adobe.com/your-stuff/files and find the webpage there.

Also, ensure you're logged in with the same Adobe ID, you've created the web project with.

Let me know if it helps

Thanks!

It was published. The link was working fine until recently.
This does not exist in My Files for some reason.

Hi @steven_4397

Thanks for trying the troubleshooting you have. I'm checking with some internal resources to see if we can determine the cause. I'll let you know what I find out.

Best,

Dave

Hey @steven_4397, Can you please confirm if you were the owner of this webpage: https://adobe.ly/3EUQBHb

Or was it shared with you and you were a contributor to this project?

I am the owner. I created it, saved it, and published it.

Hi @steven_4397

I heard back from our developers about this, but sadly they didn't have good news. From what they could see on their side, it looked like you had deleted the webpage, and they didn't have any way of recovering it.

Sorry to be the bearer of the unfortunate news 😞
Dave

It happened again with a new project to replace the previous one which had disappeared.

I am not deleting anything.

I am making a new project every time. I have never deleted or saved over anything.
