as of yesterday I haven't been able to create through Adobe express - O't wont allow me to upload onto the platform or edit.

I just stumbled across your post and figured it's been a while since this came up. I haven't been able to recreate the issue, but I wanted to check in case you're still stuck.

Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies or trying a different browser/incognito mode can do the trick!
