If you are using these, please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/network-endpoints.html are allowed.

The download option is missing when editing files.  Even when I go into my libraries and click on download, it'll just send me back to the editing page whe the download button is still missing.  This is not the right time of the year to prevent concent cretion.

On PC. Can't access project on mobile as made earlier this year

 

Welcome back download button. It's greyed out and inactive

 

Tried on chrome and firefox. Cleared cache and cookies

 

Present temp solution is print screen lol. Next one is to redo projects in canva if not resolved

I've enabled ALL COOKIES. Disabled ad-blockers and anti-virus, cleared cache and cookies and yet it still won't "finish" whatever it needs to in order to download the video via the "Download" button (the share button has the exact same message too) to download it.. Some free editor, if this is this bad why would I pay for the actual product? This is a joke.

We had some users reporting this recently, but our developers made some changes, which resolved it for users then. I'm not sure if this is a different issue or somehow related. Could you please try the suggestions below as some initial troubleshooting steps? Also, had it worked previously on this computer?

 

  1. Check to see if the issue occurs in other browsers, Chrome and Firefox.
  2. Also, test Chrome in incognito mode. https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95464
  3.  Reboot the computer - sometimes, pending OS updates can cause issues
  4.  Clear the browser cache and cookies for Edge. https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/edge/learning-center/how-to-manage-and-clear-your-cache-and-cookies?...

 

Could you let me know if these steps make any difference?

In addition to trying the steps suggested by @David__B, could anyone still running into this issue share the URL of one of their files (from the browser's address bar when the file is open)? Or send me a direct message with their adobe id (email used for login)?
