Duration function not working

The duration function is not working while creating my videos. I have to do it manually it takes a lot of time. Please help.

I'm a content creator so I use Adobe Express for making edits. The duration
feature is available in Instagram reels and Youtube Shorts and for each
scene there are several edit options which includes the duration of the
scene and also there's a feature in duration that says apply to all the
pages. They both are not working for quite a while. Therefore it takes me
double the time making the same edits.

Thanks for your response. Could you please let us know the platform you are using? Did you get any error messages? Is it on a desktop or mobile? Can you please share a screen recording of the issue to investigate further?
