Can't get into any of my files today, keeps saying adobe express needs to refresh to reconnect to my current work. Was working fine most of the day now it just wont work on any browser.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache/cookies yet? Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.
