Gathering Data problem

It gets stuck at "20% Gathering Data." How can I get past this? I tried clear browser cache, I change the computer, I change the browser. It doesn't work.

Yes, the usual steps would be change browser and clear caches, and additionnaly check if your syncing is good (little cloud on the top left of the interface, without the circle moving)

One other thing I've noticed, it tends to disconnect entirely or stops working if I change tabs in my browser. If I need to download something reliably, I need to stay on the tab that is currently downloading. I don't know if that helps...

Thanks this solved my problem. 🙂

The process of cutting the video into 2 or 3 parts and then merging them is a bit time consuming but in the end it solved the problem.

 

Useful advice for others who have the same problem. 😉
